And do not fear, Jacob My servant,’ declares the Lord,‘ And do not be dismayed, Israel; For behold, I am going to save you from far away, And your descendants from the land of their captivity. And Jacob will return and be at peace, without anxiety, And no one will make him afraid.

所以，我的仆人雅各啊！你不要惧怕。’这是耶和华的宣告。‘以色列啊！你不要惊慌。因为我必拯救你从远方回来，必拯救你的后裔脱离他们被掳之地。雅各必归回，得享平静安逸，没有人可以使他害怕。

耶和華曰、我僕雅各歟、勿畏懼、以色列歟、勿驚惶、我必拯爾於遠方、援爾苗裔於虜至之地、雅各必返、寧謐綏安、無人使之恐怖、

耶和華又曰、我僕雅各家以色列族、勿懼、我拯救爾、爰及苗裔、使雅各家、來自遠方、脫於俘囚、將歸故土、俱享平康、不受恐喝。

主曰、我僕雅各歟、毋畏懼、以色列歟、毋驚惶、我必自遠方拯救爾、自被擄之地拯救爾苗裔、雅各將歸、居享綏安康泰、無人驚擾、

“‘ So do not be afraid, Jacob my servant; do not be dismayed, Israel,’ declares the Lord.‘ I will surely save you out of a distant place, your descendants from the land of their exile. Jacob will again have peace and security, and no one will make him afraid.

“‘ People of Jacob, do not be afraid. You are my servant. Israel, do not be terrified,’ ” announces the Lord.“‘ You can be sure that I will save you. I will bring you out of a place far away. I will bring your children back from the land where they were taken. Your people will have peace and security again. And no one will make them afraid.

“ Then fear not, O Jacob my servant, declares the Lord, nor be dismayed, O Israel; for behold, I will save you from far away, and your offspring from the land of their captivity. Jacob shall return and have quiet and ease, and none shall make him afraid.

“ So do not be afraid, Jacob, my servant; do not be dismayed, Israel,” says the Lord.“ For I will bring you home again from distant lands, and your children will return from their exile. Israel will return to a life of peace and quiet, and no one will terrorize them.

As for you, my servant Jacob, do not be afraid— this is the LORD’s declaration— and do not be discouraged, Israel, for without fail I will save you out of a distant place, your descendants, from the land of their captivity! Jacob will return and have calm and quiet with no one to frighten him.

‘ Therefore do not fear, O My servant Jacob,’ says the Lord,‘ Nor be dismayed, O Israel; For behold, I will save you from afar, And your seed from the land of their captivity. Jacob shall return, have rest and be quiet, And no one shall make him afraid.

Therefore fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith Jehovah; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be quiet and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.

As for you, My servant Jacob, do not be afraid— this is the Lord’s declaration— and do not be dismayed, Israel, for without fail I will save you from far away, your descendants, from the land of their captivity! Jacob will return and have calm and quiet with no one to frighten him.

Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make[ him] afraid.

So I, the LORD, tell you not to be afraid, you descendants of Jacob, my servants. Do not be terrified, people of Israel. For I will rescue you and your descendants from a faraway land where you are captives. The descendants of Jacob will return to their land and enjoy peace. They will be secure and no one will terrify them.

Therefore don’t be afraid, O Jacob my servant, says Yahweh. Don’t be dismayed, Israel. For, behold, I will save you from afar, and save your offspring from the land of their captivity. Jacob will return, and will be quiet and at ease. No one will make him afraid.

Do not fear, for I am with you; I will bring your offspring from the east, And gather you from the west.

“ But as for you, Jacob My servant, do not fear, Nor be dismayed, Israel! For, see, I am going to save you from far away, And your descendants from the land of their captivity; And Jacob will return and be undisturbed And secure, with no one making him afraid.Jacob My servant, do not fear,” declares the Lord,“ For I am with you. For I will make a complete destruction of all the nations Where I have driven you, Yet I will not make a complete destruction of you; But I will correct you properly And by no means leave you unpunished.”

This is what the Lord says, He who made you And formed you from the womb, who will help you:‘ Do not fear, Jacob My servant, And Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.

I will let Myself be found by you,’ declares the Lord,‘ and I will restore your fortunes and gather you from all the nations and all the places where I have driven you,’ declares the Lord,‘ and I will bring you back to the place from where I sent you into exile.’

No lion will be there, Nor will any vicious animal go up on it; They will not be found there. But the redeemed will walk there,

On that day I will also make a covenant for them With the animals of the field, The birds of the sky, And the crawling things of the ground. And I will eliminate the bow, the sword, and war from the land, And will let them lie down in safety.

In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will live in safety; and this is the name by which it will be called: the Lord is our righteousness.’

“ Do not fear, daughter of Zion; behold, your King is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt.”

but,‘ As the Lord lives, who brought up and led the descendants of the household of Israel back from the north land and from all the countries where I had driven them.’ Then they will live on their own soil.”

“ Then I Myself will gather the remnant of My flock out of all the countries where I have driven them, and bring them back to their pasture, and they will be fruitful and multiply.

In those days the house of Judah will walk with the house of Israel, and they will come together from the land of the north to the land that I gave your fathers as an inheritance.

Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will also help you, I will also uphold you with My righteous right hand.’Behold, all those who are angered at you will be shamed and dishonored; Those who contend with you will be as nothing and will perish.You will seek those who quarrel with you, but will not find them, Those who war with you will be as nothing and non existent.For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand, Who says to you,‘ Do not fear, I will help you.’Do not fear, you worm Jacob, you people of Israel; I will help you,” declares the Lord,“ and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.Behold, I turned you into a new, sharp threshing sledge with double edges; You will thresh the mountains and pulverize them, And make the hills like chaff.

“ And I will make a covenant of peace with them and eliminate harmful animals from the land, so that they may live securely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods.I will make them and the places around My hill a blessing. And I will make showers fall in their season; they will be showers of blessing.Also the tree of the field will yield its fruit and the earth will yield its produce, and they will be secure on their land. Then they will know that I am the Lord, when I have broken the bars of their yoke and have saved them from the hand of those who enslaved them.They will no longer be plunder to the nations, and the animals of the earth will not devour them; but they will live securely, and no one will make them afraid.

And He will judge between many peoples And render decisions for mighty, distant nations. Then they will beat their swords into plowshares, And their spears into pruning hooks; Nation will not lift a sword against nation, And never again will they train for war.Instead, each of them will sit under his vine And under his fig tree, With no one to make them afraid, Because the mouth of the Lord of armies has spoken.

“ Fear not, for you will not be put to shame; And do not feel humiliated, for you will not be disgraced; But you will forget the shame of your youth, And no longer remember the disgrace of your widowhood.

and you will say,‘ I will go up against the land of unwalled villages. I will go against those who are at rest, who live securely, all of them living without walls and having no bars or gates,

After these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, saying,“ Do not fear, Abram, I am a shield to you; Your reward shall be very great.”

Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man of My purpose from a distant country. Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, I will certainly do it.

Indeed, this is what the Lord says:“ Even the captives of the mighty man will be taken away, And the prey of a tyrant will be rescued; For I will contend with the one who contends with you, And I will save your sons.

And he said to him,“ Run, speak to that young man there, saying,‘ Jerusalem will be inhabited as open country because of the multitude of people and cattle within it.But I,’ declares the Lord,‘ will be a wall of fire to her on all sides, and I will be the glory in her midst.’ ”

“ Raise your eyes all around and see; They all gather together, they come to you. Your sons will come from afar, And your daughters will be carried on the hip.Then you will see and be radiant, And your heart will thrill and rejoice; Because the abundance of the sea will be turned to you, The wealth of the nations will come to you.A multitude of camels will cover you, The young camels of Midian and Ephah; All those from Sheba will come; They will bring gold and frankincense, And proclaim good news of the praises of the Lord.All the flocks of Kedar will be gathered to you, The rams of Nebaioth will serve you; They will go up on My altar with acceptance, And I will glorify My glorious house.Who are these who fly like a cloud And like the doves to their windows?Certainly the coastlands will wait for Me; And the ships of Tarshish will come first, To bring your sons from afar, Their silver and their gold with them, For the name of the Lord your God, And for the Holy One of Israel because He has glorified you.“ Foreigners will build up your walls, And their kings will serve you; For in My wrath I struck you, And in My favor I have had compassion on you.Your gates will be open continually; They will not be closed day or night, So that people may bring you the wealth of the nations, With their kings led in procession.For the nation and the kingdom which will not serve you will perish, And the nations will be utterly ruined.The glory of Lebanon will come to you, The juniper, the elm tree and the cedar together, To beautify the place of My sanctuary; And I will make the place of My feet glorious.The sons of those who afflicted you will come bowing to you, And all those who despised you will bow down at the soles of your feet; And they will call you the city of the Lord, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.“ Whereas you have been forsaken and hated With no one passing through, I will make you an object of pride forever, A joy from generation to generation.You will also suck the milk of nations, And suck the breast of kings; Then you will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.Instead of bronze I will bring gold, And instead of iron I will bring silver, And instead of wood, bronze, And instead of stones, iron. And I will make peace your administrators, And righteousness your overseers.Violence will not be heard again in your land, Nor devastation or destruction within your borders; But you will call your walls salvation, and your gates praise.No longer will you have the sun for light by day, Nor will the moon give you light for brightness; But you will have the Lord as an everlasting light, And your God as your glory.Your sun will no longer set, Nor will your moon wane; For you will have the Lord as an everlasting light, And the days of your mourning will be over.Then all your people will be righteous; They will possess the land forever, The branch of My planting, The work of My hands, That I may be glorified.The smallest one will become a thousand, And the least one a mighty nation. I, the Lord, will bring it about quickly in its time.”

Also, bear your disgrace in that you have made judgment favorable for your sisters. Because of your sins in which you acted more abominably than they, they are more in the right than you. Yes, be also ashamed and bear your disgrace, in that you made your sisters appear innocent.

Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or in dread of them, for the Lord your God is the One who is going with you. He will not desert you or abandon you.”Then Moses called to Joshua and said to him in the sight of all Israel,“ Be strong and courageous, for you will go with this people into the land which the Lord has sworn to their fathers to give them, and you will give it to them as an inheritance.And the Lord is the one who is going ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not desert you or abandon you. Do not fear and do not be dismayed.”

For behold, days are coming,’ declares the Lord,‘ when I will restore the fortunes of My people Israel and Judah.’ The Lord says,‘ I will also bring them back to the land that I gave to their forefathers, and they shall take possession of it.’ ”

The Lord has taken away His judgments against you, He has cleared away your enemies. The King of Israel, the Lord, is in your midst; You will no longer fear disaster.On that day it will be said to Jerusalem:“ Do not be afraid, Zion; Do not let your hands fall limp.The Lord your God is in your midst, A victorious warrior. He will rejoice over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy.

In His days Judah will be saved, And Israel will live securely; And this is His name by which He will be called,‘ The Lord Our Righteousness.’

The Lord of armies says this:‘ Old men and old women will again sit in the public squares of Jerusalem, each person with his staff in his hand because of age.And the public squares of the city will be filled with boys and girls playing in its squares.’The Lord of armies says this:‘ If it is too difficult in the sight of the remnant of this people in those days, will it also be too difficult in My sight?’ declares the Lord of armies.The Lord of armies says this:‘ Behold, I am going to save My people from the land of the east and from the land of the west;and I will bring them back and they will live in the midst of Jerusalem; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God in truth and righteousness.’

I bring near My righteousness, it is not far off; And My salvation will not delay. And I will grant salvation in Zion, And My glory for Israel.

On that day,’ declares the Lord of armies,‘ every one of you will invite his neighbor to sit under his vine and under his fig tree.’ ”
