在约西亚王执政期间，耶和华对我说：“你看见以色列的不忠不贞了吗？她在高山上、在绿荫下放纵情欲。

當約西亞王執政的日子，永恆主對我說：『轉離正道的以色列所行的，你看見了沒有？她怎樣上了各高山，到了各茂盛樹下，在那裏行淫。

當約西亞王時、耶和華諭我曰、悖逆之以色列、其所為者、汝見之乎、彼陟諸高岡、詣諸綠樹、行淫於彼、

當約西亞王年間、耶和華告耶利米曰、以色列族有若淫婦、爾豈不見乎、彼背我、陟高巒、入茂林、狥欲而行。

約西亞王在位之時、主諭我曰、背叛之以色列所行、爾豈未見乎、彼往各高山上、各茂樹下、崇事偶像、若淫婦行淫、

During the reign of King Josiah, the Lord said to me,“ Have you seen what faithless Israel has done? She has gone up on every high hill and under every spreading tree and has committed adultery there.

During the time Josiah was king, the Lord spoke to me. He said,“ Have you seen what the people of Israel have done? They have not been faithful to me. They have committed adultery with other gods. They worshiped them on every high hill and under every green tree.

The Lord said to me in the days of King Josiah:“ Have you seen what she did, that faithless one, Israel, how she went up on every high hill and under every green tree, and there played the whore?

During the reign of King Josiah, the Lord said to me,“ Have you seen what fickle Israel has done? Like a wife who commits adultery, Israel has worshiped other gods on every hill and under every green tree.

In the days of King Josiah the LORD asked me,“ Have you seen what unfaithful Israel has done? She has ascended every high hill and gone under every green tree to prostitute herself there.

Then the Lord said to me in the days of King Josiah,“ Have you seen what faithless Israel did? She went up on every high hill and under every leafy tree, and she prostituted herself there.

The Lord said also to me in the days of Josiah the king:“ Have you seen what backsliding Israel has done? She has gone up on every high mountain and under every green tree, and there played the harlot.

Moreover Jehovah said unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Hast thou seen that which backsliding Israel hath done? she is gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there hath played the harlot.

In the days of King Josiah the Lord asked me,“ Have you seen what unfaithful Israel has done? She has ascended every high hill and gone under every green tree to prostitute herself there.

The LORD said also unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Hast thou seen[ that] which backsliding Israel hath done? she is gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there hath played the harlot.

When Josiah was king of Judah, the LORD said to me,“ Jeremiah, you have no doubt seen what wayward Israel has done. You have seen how she went up to every high hill and under every green tree to give herself like a prostitute to other gods.

Moreover, Yahweh said to me in the days of Josiah the king,“ Have you seen that which backsliding Israel has done? She has gone up on every high mountain and under every green tree, and has played the prostitute there.

你在各路口建造你的高岡，又在各廣場上築起你的高壇；然而你並不像一個妓女，因為你藐視賣淫所得的賞賜。

他們又為自己在各高岡上，各茂盛樹下建造邱壇、神柱和亞舍拉。

我領他們到了我曾經舉手起誓要賜給他們的那地，他們看見各高山和茂盛的樹林，就在那裡獻祭，在那裡奉上惹我發怒的供物，也在那裡獻上馨香的祭，並且在那裡澆上他們的奠祭。’

他們卻沒有聽從，也不留心，反倒按著他們的計謀，隨從自己頑梗的惡心行事，向後不向前。

他們的兒女也懷念著那些在各高岡上、在繁茂樹旁的祭壇和亞舍拉。

你又為自己建造高岡，在各廣場上築起高壇。你在各路口建造高壇，使你的美麗變為可憎的，又向每一個過路的人張開兩腿，多行淫亂。

因背道的以色列犯了淫亂，我就給她休書，把她休了。我看見她詭詐的妹妹猶大還是不懼怕，照樣行淫。

“她妹妹阿荷利巴雖然看見了，卻在自己情慾的事情上比姊姊更腐敗，她的淫亂比姊姊的淫亂更甚。

你自己的罪惡要懲罰你，你背道的事必責備你。你當知道，也要明白，離棄耶和華你的神，沒有畏懼我的心，是邪惡的，是痛苦的。”這是主萬軍之耶和華的宣告。“你從古時就折斷了自己的軛，解開了自己的繩索，說：‘我不事奉你了。’你在每個高岡上，在每棵繁茂樹下，蹲伏行淫。

耶和華對我說：“背道的以色列，比詭詐的猶大還顯得正義。你去，把這些話向北方宣告，說：‘背道的以色列啊，回轉吧！’這是耶和華的宣告。‘我必不向你們變臉，因為我是慈愛的，我必不永遠懷怒。’這是耶和華的宣告。‘只要你承認自己的罪孽，就是悖逆了耶和華你的神，在每棵繁茂的樹下，濫愛外族人的神，沒有聽從我的話。’這是耶和華的宣告。‘背道的人哪，回轉吧！’這是耶和華的宣告。‘因為我才是你們的主。我要每城取一人，每族取二人，把你們帶到錫安。

這是因為以色列人得罪了那曾帶領他們從埃及王法老的手下離開埃及的耶和華他們的神，去敬畏別的神。他們隨從耶和華從以色列人面前驅逐的外族人的風俗，以及以色列諸王奉行的風俗。以色列人暗中做了不對的事，違背耶和華他們的神，並且在他們所有的城市，從哨站到設防城，為他們自己建築邱壇。又在各高山頂上和每一棵青翠的樹下豎立神柱和亞舍拉。他們在各邱壇上獻祭和焚香，好像耶和華從他們的面前擄去的外族人一樣，又行惡事，使耶和華發怒。他們又服事雕刻的偶像，耶和華曾警告他們不可以行這事。耶和華曾藉著他的眾先知和先見警告以色列人和猶大人說：“從你們的惡道上轉回吧！謹守我的吩咐和我的律例，就是我曾吩咐你們的祖先，和藉著我的僕人眾先知傳遞給你們的一切律法。”可是他們不聽從，反而硬著自己的頸項，好像他們的祖先，不信服耶和華他們的神；厭棄他的律例和他與他們的祖先訂立的約，以及他對他們的警戒；卻信從虛無的神，自己成為虛妄，跟從他們周圍的外族人，耶和華曾吩咐他們不可跟從他們的行為。他們丟棄耶和華他們神的一切吩咐，為自己做了兩個牛犢的鑄像，又做亞舍拉，並且敬拜天上的萬象和服事巴力；他們又把兒女用火燒為祭，並且占卜，行法術，出賣自己去行耶和華看為惡的事，使他發怒。

你在高高的山上安設你的床榻，又上到那裡去獻祭。
