自古迄今、我之列祖、爰及我躬、獲罪於我之上帝耶和華、不遵其命、故蒙羞恥、一蹶不振。

我们在羞耻中躺卧吧！愿惭愧将我们遮盖；因为从立国以来，我们和我们的列祖常常得罪耶和华我们的神，没有听从耶和华我们神的话。”

我们在羞耻中躺卧吧！愿惭愧将我们遮盖！因为从我们幼年以来，我们和我们的祖先都得罪了耶和华—我们的上帝，没有听从耶和华—我们上帝的话。”

我们躺在自己的羞耻中，让我们的耻辱遮盖我们吧！因为我们和我们的祖先都得罪了我们的上帝耶和华，我们自幼至今一直没有顺服我们的上帝耶和华。”

但愿我们躺卧在羞耻中，让惭愧遮盖着我们！因为我们得罪了耶和华我们的神，从我们幼年直到现在，我们和列祖都没有听从耶和华我们的神的话。”

但願我們躺臥在羞恥中，讓慚愧遮蓋著我們！因為我們得罪了耶和華我們的神，從我們幼年直到現在，我們和列祖都沒有聽從耶和華我們的神的話。”

我們躺臥在羞恥中吧！願慚愧將我們遮蓋住吧！因為我們犯罪得罪了永恆主我們的上帝了，我們和我們的列祖、從我們幼年、一直到今日：我們總沒有聽從永恆主我們的上帝的聲音。』

我當蒙羞而臥、以恥蔽身、蓋我與我列祖、自幼迄今、干犯我上帝耶和華、不從其言、

我儕自立國至今、我儕與列祖獲罪於主、我之天主、不聽主我天主之命、故我若臥於羞辱、恥辱蒙蔽我身、

Let us lie down in our shame, and let our disgrace cover us. We have sinned against the Lord our God, both we and our ancestors; from our youth till this day we have not obeyed the Lord our God.”

Let us lie down in our shame. Let our dishonor cover us. You are the Lord our God. But we have sinned against you. We and our people of long ago have sinned. We haven’t obeyed you from our earliest years until now.”

Let us now lie down in shame and cover ourselves with dishonor, for we and our ancestors have sinned against the Lord our God. From our childhood to this day we have never obeyed him.”

平康之時、我曾語爾、惟爾不聽、自肇造邦國、以迄於今、爾不從我言、所為若是。

冕去我首、我蹈罪愆、深可悲痛兮。

願敵貽羞、若蔽以衣、願其抱愧、若蒙以裳兮。

俾我告耶路撒冷人、宣播其言、曰、我憶在昔、邦國肇造、爾行於野、無人耕種之地、當時我眷愛爾、若納聘之幼女。

其時我必震怒、遺棄斯民、不復眷顧、使其並吞於人、多更災患、彼必曰、我不蒙上帝所佑、致遭此禍。夫斯民蹈於愆尤、從事他上帝、故不復鑒觀以眷顧之、

我耶和華爾之上帝、導爾於途、爾乃棄我、自罹斯害。

長眠於地下者、其數甚眾、必甦而起、得永生者有之、受永辱者有之、

殘賊猝至、民必衣麻、坐於塗炭、舉哀甚慘、若喪獨子。

乃昔所行者、今日恥之、何益哉、終亦必亡而已、

予之列祖、蹈於愆尤、遂致殞滅、今予負其罪戾兮。

然爾實未嘗見聞也、我知爾自建邦以來、恆為叛逆。

爾與斯土之民、不可立約、必摧其壇、汝不遵命、果何為哉。

盜被執則愧恥、以色列族、王公、祭司、先知、庶民、無不懹慙、亦若是。

反是以為吾自有火、烟燄環繞、若然則以此照爾出入、可也、不知我必降以災、使彼長戚戚。

我之上帝、至尊至能、允宜寅畏、許人以恩、必踐其言、凡我列王、諸伯、祭司、先知、長老、庶民、自亞述王迄於今日、所遭患難、爾毋以為未足。爾雖降災、必無不義、爾所行惟善、我所行惟惡、我之列王、諸伯、祭司、長老、不守爾所諭之律例、禁令法度、

爾臣僕諸先知、藉爾之名、告我王公祖父國民之語、我不聽從、主秉公義、惟我儕猶大人耶路撒冷居民、以色列族眾、無論遐邇、因犯罪愆、為爾驅逐、星散於四方、俱當含羞、今日之事為證。我與我王公列祖、獲罪乎主、必當抱愧蒙羞、我主我上帝矜憫為懷、恆加赦宥、我儕違逆、不遵我之上帝耶和華、不從爾臣僕諸先知訓我之律例、

萬有之主耶和華曰、爾犯罪違道、必遭刑譴、俾爾知、遐棄我躬、不畏我威者、必備嘗艱苦。

不聽師訓、不納良言、

爾在埃及、丕著異跡、乃余列祖、懵然弗識、罔念爾鴻恩兮、在彼紅海、干爾震怒兮、

曰、我上帝歟、予覺赧然、不敢仰視、蓋我眾罪惡滔天、幾至滅頂。自列祖之時、迄於今日、世濟其惡、因此我與我王、祭司、敗於列國之王、為其殺戮、劫掠攘奪、蒙恥忍辱、今日之事為證。今我上帝耶和華暫施其恩、拯我遺民、使恆居聖所、錫我寵光、不為人奴、保我生命、昔我為人服役、蒙上帝不棄、使巴西王矜憫我、賜復振興、能建上帝殿、見其傾圯、重加修葺、築垣於猶大及耶路撒冷。我上帝歟、方命之罪、我不敢諉、昔爾命臣諸先知告我云、爾所欲據之地甚不潔、因斯民作不善、四境皆然、以此污衊。爾女不得適其子、爾子不得娶其女、勿與之和好、勿助其獲利、則可強盛、享其土產、世為恆業。我之上帝與、我罪大惡重、故罹災害、爾雖加刑、猶不及其罪、反援手以拯我、今我若違上帝命、與斯土之民通嫁娶、行不善、必干爾震怒、翦滅我儕、靡有孑遺。以色列族之上帝耶和華歟、爾無不義、我眾有過、不敢推諉、然我儕得救、至今生存、可以為證。

耶和華曰、以色列族、爾作不端、當自懷慙、我施斯恩、非為爾故、爾其知之。

以麻束腰、盡薙首髮、蒙羞抱愧、戰慄之至。
