實在的，要從小山的聲音、從大山的喧嘩，得幫助、都是徒勞的；實在的，以色列之得救都在於永恆主我們的上帝。

瞻仰岡陵、恃山上之喧闐、實屬徒然、以色列之拯救、乃在我上帝耶和華、

禱彼岡巒、俱為徒勞、惟我上帝耶和華拯救以色列族。

望自諸山眾嶺得救乃徒然、以色列得救、惟恃主我之天主、

Surely the idolatrous commotion on the hills and mountains is a deception; surely in the Lord our God is the salvation of Israel.

The gods we worship on the hills and mountains are useless. You are the Lord our God. You are the only one who can save us.

Truly the hills are a delusion, the orgies on the mountains. Truly in the Lord our God is the salvation of Israel.

Our worship of idols on the hills and our religious orgies on the mountains are a delusion. Only in the Lord our God will Israel ever find salvation.

Surely, falsehood comes from the hills, commotion from the mountains, but the salvation of Israel is only in the LORD our God.

Certainly the hills are a deception, Commotion on the mountains. Certainly in the Lord our God Is the salvation of Israel.

Truly, in vain is salvation hoped for from the hills, And from the multitude of mountains; Truly, in the Lord our God Is the salvation of Israel.

Truly in vain is the help that is looked for from the hills, the tumult on the mountains: truly in Jehovah our God is the salvation of Israel.

Surely, falsehood comes from the hills, commotion from the mountains, but the salvation of Israel is only in the Lord our God.

Truly in vain[ is salvation hoped for] from the hills,[ and from] the multitude of mountains: truly in the LORD our God[ is] the salvation of Israel.

We know our noisy worship of false gods on the hills and mountains did not help us. We know that the LORD our God is the only one who can deliver Israel.

Truly in vain is help from the hills, the tumult on the mountains. Truly the salvation of Israel is in Yahweh our God.

耶和华啊，你是拯救者，愿你赐福你的子民！（细拉）

我举目观看群山，我的帮助从哪里来？我的帮助来自创造天地的耶和华。

“看啊，上帝是我的拯救，我要倚靠祂，不会惧怕。耶和华上帝是我的力量，是我的诗歌，祂成了我的拯救者。”

虽然亚伯拉罕不认识我们，以色列不承认我们，但你是我们的父亲。耶和华啊，你是我们的父亲，你自古以来就是我们的救赎主。

在约西亚王执政期间，耶和华对我说：“你看见以色列的不忠不贞了吗？她在高山上、在绿荫下放纵情欲。

耶和华拯救义人，患难时作他们的庇护所。耶和华帮助他们，拯救他们脱离恶人，因为他们投靠祂。

那些信奉虚无神明的人，背弃了怜爱他们的主，但我要用感谢的声音向你献祭，我必还我许的愿，因为救恩来自耶和华。”

但我要怜悯犹大家，使他们依靠他们的上帝耶和华得到拯救，而不是依靠战弓、刀剑、马匹、骑兵和战争。”

但以色列必蒙耶和华拯救，享受永远的救恩，永远不会再蒙羞受辱。

以色列的盼望和患难时的救主啊，你为什么在这里像一个异乡人，像一个只住一夜的旅客呢？

你们不知道你们敬拜的是谁，我们知道我们敬拜的是谁，因为救恩是从犹太人出来的。

这位身披红衣、穿着华丽、充满力量、从以东的波斯拉阔步而来的是谁呢？“是宣告公义、有拯救大能的我。”

当我引领他们进入我曾起誓要赐给他们的土地时，他们在所见的每一处高山或密林献祭，焚烧馨香的祭牲，向偶像奠酒，惹我发怒。

人人愚昧无知，工匠都因自己铸造的偶像而惭愧，因为这些神像全是假的，没有气息。它们毫无价值，荒谬可笑，在报应的时候必被毁灭。但雅各的上帝截然不同，祂是万物的创造者，被称为“万军之耶和华”，以色列是祂的子民。

制造偶像的真是无用，他们珍爱的偶像毫无价值。拜神像的人目盲眼瞎，愚昧无知，自找羞辱。

唯有我是耶和华，除我以外没有别的救主。

“列国的流亡者啊，你们要聚集到这里来。那些抬着木头神像、向不能救人的神明祷告的人真愚昧！

救主——以色列的上帝啊，你真是一位隐藏自己的上帝。

他们把神像抬起来扛在肩上，找个地方把它安置好，它就在那里呆立不动。人向它呼求，它不能回应，也不能救人脱离困境。“你们这些悖逆的人啊，要将这些事铭记在心。

耶和华啊，你医治我，我必痊愈；你拯救我，我必脱离危难，因为你是我所赞美的。
