今在荒邱、聞有人聲、乃以色列人哀哭祈求、因行邪道、忘其上帝耶和華、

爾曹背道、忘我耶和華、爾之上帝、今在童山、我聞哭聲、籲呼於上。

摩押上到神庙和底本的丘坛去哭泣；它因尼波和米底巴哀号，各人头上光秃，胡须剃净。

你举目向光秃的高地观看，何处没有你的淫行呢？你坐在道路旁等候，好像阿拉伯人在旷野埋伏，你的淫行和邪恶使全地污秽了。

少女岂能忘记她的妆饰呢？新娘岂能忘记她的美衣呢？我的百姓却在无数的日子里忘记了我！

我听见以法莲为自己悲叹说：‘你管教我，我便受管教，我如未驯服的牛犊。求你使我回转，我便回转，因为你是耶和华—我的上帝。我背离以后就懊悔，受教以后就捶胸；我因担当年轻时的凌辱就抱愧蒙羞。’以法莲是我的爱子吗？是我喜欢的孩子吗？我每逢责备他，仍深顾念他。因此，我的心肠牵挂着他，我必要怜悯他。这是耶和华说的。

行正直路的，步步安稳；走弯曲道的，必致败露。

你为何因所受的损伤哀号呢？你的痛苦无法医治。我因你罪孽甚大，罪恶众多，曾将这些加在你身上。因此，凡吞吃你的必被吞吃，你的敌人个个都被掳去；掳掠你的必成为掳物，我使抢夺你的成为掠物。我必使你痊愈，医好你的伤痕，都因人称你为被赶散的，这是锡安，是无人来探望的！这是耶和华说的。”

在那日、在那时，以色列人要和犹大人同来，随走随哭，寻求耶和华—他们的上帝。这是耶和华说的。他们要问到锡安之路，又面向那里，说：“来吧，他们要在永不被遗忘的约中与耶和华联合。”

“我要将那施恩与恳求的灵，浇灌大卫家和耶路撒冷的居民。他们必仰望我，就是他们所扎的那位。他们必为他悲伤，如丧独子，又为他哀哭，如丧长子。那日，在耶路撒冷必有大大的哀号，如米吉多平原上哈达‧临门的哀号。这地必哀哭：一家一家地哭，大卫家的家族聚在一处，他们的妇女聚在一处；拿单家的家族聚在一处，他们的妇女聚在一处。利未家的家族聚在一处，他们的妇女聚在一处；示每家的家族聚在一处，他们的妇女聚在一处。其余的各家，每一家的家族聚在一处，他们的妇女聚在一处。”

主耶和华如此说：“因你忘记我，将我丢在背后，所以你要担当你的淫行和淫荡。”

人因愚昧自毁前途，他的心却埋怨耶和华。

以色列忘记造他的主，建造宫殿，犹大增添许多坚固的城；我却要降火在他的城镇，吞灭其堡垒。

耶和华的使者对他说：“你为什么这三次打你的驴呢？看哪，我出来敌对你，因为这路在我面前已经偏离了。

他在人前歌唱说：‘我犯了罪，颠倒是非，却没有受该得的报应。

当听这话，雅各家的领袖，以色列家的官长啊！你们厌弃公平，在一切事上屈枉正直；

他们得到喂养，就饱足；既得饱足，就心高气傲，因而忘记了我。

其中幸存的要逃脱，各人因自己的罪孽在山上发出悲声，如谷中的鸽子哀鸣；
