Ephraim surrounds Me with lies And the house of Israel with deceit; Judah is still unruly against God, Even against the Holy One who is faithful.

For behold, days are coming,’ declares the Lord,‘ when I will restore the fortunes of My people Israel and Judah.’ The Lord says,‘ I will also bring them back to the land that I gave to their forefathers, and they shall take possession of it.’ ”

Therefore this is what the Lord God says:“ Now I will restore the fortunes of Jacob and have mercy on all the house of Israel; and I will be jealous for My holy name.They will forget their disgrace and all their treachery which they perpetrated against Me, when they live securely on their own land with no one to make them afraid.When I bring them back from the peoples and gather them from the lands of their enemies, then I shall show Myself holy through them in the sight of the many nations.Then they will know that I am the Lord their God because I made them go into exile among the nations, and then I gathered them again to their own land; and I will leave none of them there any longer.

And I will strengthen the house of Judah, And I will save the house of Joseph, And I will bring them back, Because I have had compassion on them; And they will be as though I had not rejected them, For I am the Lord their God and I will answer them.
