‘耶和华已经立你西番雅为祭司，代替祭司耶何耶大，使耶和华殿中有官长，好将一切狂妄自称为先知的人用枷枷住，用锁锁住。

‘耶和华已经立你西番雅为祭司，代替耶何耶大祭司，使耶和华的殿中有总管，好把所有狂妄自称先知的人用枷枷住，用锁锁住。

耶和華俾爾為祭司、以代耶何耶大、兼在耶和華殿為督、凡狂妄者流、自稱為先知、俾爾執之、囚之於獄、加以桎梏。

西番亞、主立爾為祭司、以代祭司耶何耶大、督理主殿、使爾執諸狂妄自稱為先知者、囚之於獄、加以桎梏、

‘ The Lord has appointed you priest in place of Jehoiada to be in charge of the house of the Lord; you should put any maniac who acts like a prophet into the stocks and neck-irons.

“ The Lord has appointed you priest in place of Jehoiada. He has put you in charge of the Lord’ s house. You are supposed to arrest any crazy person who claims to be a prophet. You should put him in prison. You should put iron bands around his neck.

‘ The Lord has made you priest instead of Jehoiada the priest, to have charge in the house of the Lord over every madman who prophesies, to put him in the stocks and neck irons.

“ The Lord has appointed you to replace Jehoiada as the priest in charge of the house of the Lord. You are responsible to put into stocks and neck irons any crazy man who claims to be a prophet.

‘ The LORD has appointed you priest in place of the priest Jehoiada to be the chief officer in the temple of the LORD, responsible for every madman who acts like a prophet. You must confine him in the stocks and an iron collar.

“ The Lord has made you priest instead of Jehoiada the priest, to be the overseer of the house of the Lord for every insane person who prophesies, to put him in the stocks and in the iron collar.

“ The Lord has made you priest instead of Jehoiada the priest, so that there should be officers in the house of the Lord over every man who is demented and considers himself a prophet, that you should put him in prison and in the stocks.

Jehovah hath made thee priest in the stead of Jehoiada the priest, that there may be officers in the house of Jehovah, for every man that is mad, and maketh himself a prophet, that thou shouldest put him in the stocks and in shackles.

‘ The Lord has appointed you priest in place of Jehoiada the priest to be the chief officer in the temple of the Lord, responsible for every madman who acts like a prophet. You must confine him in the stocks and an iron collar.

“ Yahweh has made you priest in the place of Jehoiada the priest, that there may be officers in Yahweh’s house, for every man who is crazy, and makes himself a prophet, that you should put him in the stocks and in shackles.

祭司音麥子巴施戶珥、為耶和華室宰、聞耶利米預言斯事、則撻先知耶利米、加以桎梏、在耶和華室便雅憫上門、

耶戶出、至其主之諸臣、其一問曰、安乎、此顚狂者詣爾何事、曰、爾識其人、亦知其言、

多云、彼憑鬼而狂、胡為聽之、

懲罰之日既至、報施之日已來、以色列必知之、先知愚妄、感於靈者顚狂、因爾多罪、怨恨特甚、

保羅如此申訴、非斯都大聲曰、保羅、爾狂矣、爾多學、令爾狂矣、

其親屬聞而出、欲執之、曰、彼狂也、

如爾中有先知、或作夢者起、施行異蹟奇事、所言有驗、遂語爾曰、宜從他神而事之、乃爾素所未識者、毋聽其言、蓋爾上帝耶和華試爾、欲知爾果一心一意、愛爾上帝耶和華否、當順從爾上帝耶和華、而寅畏之、守其誡、聽其命、事之附之、爾上帝耶和華導爾出埃及、脫於奴隸之室、惟彼先知、與作夢者、以言逆之、誘爾違爾上帝耶和華所命行之道、則必殺之、以除爾中之惡、○

獄吏受命、下之內獄、以木桎其足、

今有自稱為先知者、亞拿突人耶利米、爾奚不責之、

如有人預言、則生之之父母、必謂之曰、爾託耶和華名而言誑、必不得生、彼預言時、生之之父母、必刺而穿之、是日先知預言者、必因所見之異象而羞愧、不復衣毛服以欺人、乃曰、我非先知、乃農夫耳、自幼為奴、或謂之曰、爾兩肩之間何傷也、曰、我在友人之家、所受之傷也、○

二人與民言時、諸祭司與殿司、及撒都該人突至、

耶穌入殿訓誨、祭司諸長民間長老、就之曰、爾以何權行是、且誰賜爾此權耶、

而我自牖以筐縋垣而脫之、

彼眾遂執耶利米、囚於王子瑪基雅之井、在護軍院內、以繩縋之下、井無水而有泥、耶利米乃陷於泥中、

爾豈大於我父亞伯拉罕乎、彼已死、諸先知亦死、爾自居何等耶、

耶利米處於護軍之院、迨至耶路撒冷被取之日、

猶太人曰、擊爾者、非為善行、乃為僭妄、以爾人也、而自以為上帝也、

又屢刑之於會堂、強使褻瀆、攻之益狂、窘逐之至於外邑、

祭司耶何耶大命統軍之百夫長曰、由隊伍之間擁之出、隨其後者、必殺以刃、蓋祭司曰、勿殺之於耶和華室、

殿司及祭司諸長聞之、甚為煩難、不知事將若何、

四境之民、往巴力廟毀之、摧其壇、碎其像、殺巴力之祭司瑪坦於壇前、祭司設官守耶和華室、

勿懼爾將受之苦、魔將投爾中數人於獄以試之、爾將受難十日、宜忠信至死、我則賜爾以維生之冕、

告之曰、王命拘此夫於獄、食以艱苦之餅、飲以艱苦之水、待我安歸、

亞撒因此怒先見、囚之於獄、斯時又虐民中數人、

我若狂則為上帝、若自制、則為爾曹、蓋基督之愛策我矣、竊思一人為眾死、則眾已死、且其為眾死、使生者不仍為己而生、乃為代之死而起者生也、

心滿嫉恨、起而著手於使徒、置之外獄、
