萬軍之耶和華如此說：『看哪，我必使刀劍、饑荒、瘟疫臨到他們，使他們像極壞的無花果，壞得不可吃。

萬有之主耶和華曾言之、曰、我必罰之、戮以鋒刃、降以饑饉、斃以疫癘、視若劣果、不堪適口。

yes, this is what the Lord Almighty says:“ I will send the sword, famine and plague against them and I will make them like figs that are so bad they cannot be eaten.

The Lord who rules over all says,“ I will send war, hunger and plague against them. I will make them like bad figs. They are so bad they can’t be eaten.

‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts, behold, I am sending on them sword, famine, and pestilence, and I will make them like vile figs that are so rotten they cannot be eaten.

This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says:“ I will send war, famine, and disease upon them and make them like bad figs, too rotten to eat.

This is what the LORD of Armies says:“ I am about to send sword, famine, and plague against them, and I will make them like rotten figs that are inedible because they are so bad.

this is what the Lord of armies says:‘ Behold, I am sending upon them the sword, famine, and plague; and I will make them like rotten figs that cannot be eaten due to rottenness.

thus says the Lord of hosts: Behold, I will send on them the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, and will make them like rotten figs that cannot be eaten, they are so bad.

thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Behold, I will send upon them the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, and will make them like vile figs, that cannot be eaten, they are so bad.

This is what the Lord of Hosts says:“ I am about to send against them sword, famine, and plague and will make them like rotten figs that are inedible because they are so bad.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will send upon them the sword, the famine, and the pestilence, and will make them like vile figs, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil.

耶和華如此說：「我必將猶大王西底家和他的首領，以及剩在這地耶路撒冷的餘民，並住在埃及地的猶大人都交出來，好像那極壞、壞得不可吃的無花果。我必使他們交出來，在天下萬國中拋來拋去，遭遇災禍；在我趕逐他們到的各處成為凌辱、笑談、譏刺、咒詛。我必使刀劍、饑荒、瘟疫臨到他們，直到他們從我所賜給他們和他們列祖之地滅絕。」

我必用刀劍、饑荒、瘟疫追趕他們，使他們在天下萬國拋來拋去，在我所趕他們到的各國中，令人咒詛、驚駭、嗤笑、羞辱。

耶和華的話臨到我說：「人子啊，若有一國犯罪干犯我，我也向他伸手折斷他們的杖，就是斷絕他們的糧，使饑荒臨到那地，將人與牲畜從其中剪除；其中雖有挪亞、但以理、約伯這三人，他們只能因他們的義救自己的性命。這是主耶和華說的。我若使惡獸經過糟踐那地，使地荒涼，以致因這些獸，人都不得經過；雖有這三人在其中，主耶和華說：我指着我的永生起誓，他們連兒帶女都不能得救，只能自己得救，那地仍然荒涼。或者我使刀劍臨到那地，說：刀劍哪，要經過那地，以致我將人與牲畜從其中剪除；雖有這三人在其中，主耶和華說：我指着我的永生起誓，他們連兒帶女都不能得救，只能自己得救。或者我叫瘟疫流行那地，使我滅命的忿怒傾在其上，好將人與牲畜從其中剪除；雖有挪亞、但以理、約伯在其中，主耶和華說：我指着我的永生起誓，他們連兒帶女都不能救，只能因他們的義救自己的性命。」主耶和華如此說：「我將這四樣大災－就是刀劍、饑荒、惡獸、瘟疫降在耶路撒冷，將人與牲畜從其中剪除，豈不更重嗎？

地要大大震動，多處必有饑荒、瘟疫，又有可怕的異象和大神蹟從天上顯現。

他要來攻擊埃及地，定為死亡的，必致死亡；定為擄掠的，必被擄掠；定為刀殺的，必交刀殺。

你的民三分之一必遭瘟疫而死，在你中間必因饑荒消滅；三分之一必在你四圍倒在刀下；我必將三分之一分散四方，並要拔刀追趕他們。「我要這樣成就怒中所定的；我向他們發的忿怒止息了，自己就得着安慰。我在他們身上成就怒中所定的那時，他們就知道我－耶和華所說的是出於熱心；並且我必使你在四圍的列國中，在經過的眾人眼前，成了荒涼和羞辱。這樣，我必以怒氣和忿怒，並烈怒的責備，向你施行審判。那時，你就在四圍的列國中成為羞辱、譏刺、警戒、驚駭。這是我－耶和華說的。那時，我要將滅人、使人饑荒的惡箭，就是射去滅人的，射在你們身上，並要加增你們的饑荒，斷絕你們所倚靠的糧食；又要使饑荒和惡獸到你那裏，叫你喪子，瘟疫和流血的事也必盛行在你那裏；我也要使刀劍臨到你。這是我－耶和華說的。」

當那些日子，懷孕的和奶孩子的有禍了！因為將有大災難降在這地方，也有震怒臨到這百姓。

所以耶和華如此說：你們沒有聽從我，各人向弟兄鄰舍宣告自由。看哪！我向你們宣告一樣自由，就是使你們自由於刀劍、饑荒、瘟疫之下，並且使你們在天下萬國中拋來拋去。這是耶和華說的。猶大的首領、耶路撒冷的首領、太監、祭司，和國中的眾民曾將牛犢劈開，分成兩半，從其中經過，在我面前立約。後來又違背我的約，不遵行這約上的話。

「無論哪一邦哪一國，不肯服事這巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒，也不把頸項放在巴比倫王的軛下，我必用刀劍、饑荒、瘟疫刑罰那邦，直到我藉巴比倫王的手將他們毀滅。這是耶和華說的。

他們問你說：『我們往哪裏去呢？』你便告訴他們，耶和華如此說：定為死亡的，必致死亡；定為刀殺的，必交刀殺；定為饑荒的，必遭饑荒；定為擄掠的，必被擄掠。」耶和華說：「我命定四樣害他們，就是刀劍殺戮、狗類撕裂、空中的飛鳥，和地上的野獸吞吃毀滅；

四月初九日，城裏有大饑荒，甚至百姓都沒有糧食。

巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒將猶大王約雅敬的兒子耶哥尼雅和猶大的首領，並工匠、鐵匠從耶路撒冷擄去，帶到巴比倫。這事以後，耶和華指給我看，有兩筐無花果放在耶和華的殿前。一筐是極好的無花果，好像是初熟的；一筐是極壞的無花果，壞得不可吃。於是耶和華問我說：「耶利米你看見甚麼？」我說：「我看見無花果，好的極好，壞的極壞，壞得不可吃。」
