This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: I will put an iron yoke on the necks of all these nations to make them serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and they will serve him. I will even give him control over the wild animals.’”

The Lord who rules over all is the God of Israel. He says,“ I will put an iron yoke on the necks of all these nations. I will make them serve Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon. So they will serve him. I will even give him control over the wild animals.” ’ ”

For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: I have put upon the neck of all these nations an iron yoke to serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and they shall serve him, for I have given to him even the beasts of the field.’”

The Lord of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, says: I have put a yoke of iron on the necks of all these nations, forcing them into slavery under King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. I have put everything, even the wild animals, under his control.’”

For this is what the LORD of Armies, the God of Israel, says: I have put an iron yoke on the neck of all these nations that they might serve King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, and they will serve him. I have even put the wild animals under him.’”

For this is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says:“ I have put a yoke of iron on the neck of all these nations, to serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him. And I have also given him the animals of the field.” ’ ”

For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel:“ I have put a yoke of iron on the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him. I have given him the beasts of the field also.”’”

For thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him: and I have given him the beasts of the field also.

For this is what the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says,‘ I have put an iron yoke on the neck of all these nations that they might serve King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, and they will serve him. I have also put the wild animals under him.’”

For the LORD God of Israel who rules over all says,“ I have put an irresistible yoke of servitude on all these nations so they will serve King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. And they will indeed serve him. I have even given him control over the wild animals.”’”

For Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel says,“ I have put a yoke of iron on the neck of all these nations, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they will serve him. I have also given him the animals of the field.”’”

故此你必在饑餓乾渴、赤身裸體、樣樣缺乏之中去服事永恆主所打發來攻擊你的仇敵；他必用鐵軛加在你脖子上，直到將你消滅。

現在呢、是我將這些都交給我僕人巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒的手；田野間的走獸呢、我也給他、供他使用。列國都必服事他和他的兒子、孫子，直到他本國之地——甚至是他本人——遭報的時期來到；那時許多國許多大王都必使他做奴僕。

並且囑咐使臣傳與他們的主上說：「萬軍之永恆主以色列之上帝這麼說：

你所看見的十個角就是十個王；他們還沒有得國，但必跟獸同得權柄、做王一個時辰。他們都有同一樣的心意、將自己的能力和權柄給予獸。

也將住任何處的世人、以及山野的走獸、和空中的飛鳥、都交在你手中，使你掌權管理他們——王啊，你，你就是這金的頭。

你必發表這首言論歌來諷刺巴比倫王說：『啊，壓迫人的怎麼息滅了！狂暴怎麼止息了！永恆主折斷了惡人權柄之杖，毁了轄制人者的指揮棍，就是無停的擊打，怒憤憤地擊打外族之民，肆無抑制的蹂躪，氣忿忿地蹂躪列國的。

你就看吧，我一定要差遣人去徵取北方的眾族，永恆主發神諭說，我必差遣人去見我的僕人、巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒，引他們來攻擊這地和這地的居民，以及四圍這些列國；我必把他們盡行毁滅歸神，使他們成了令人驚駭、令人嗤笑、永被羞辱的對象。我也必使歡躍的聲音和喜樂的聲音、新郎的聲音和新婦的聲音、推磨的聲音和燈的亮光、從他們中間都息滅掉。這一帶全地都必變成荒涼，成了令人驚駭的對象；這些國的人必服事巴比倫王七十年。『七十年滿了以後，永恆主發神諭說，我必察罰巴比倫王以及那國，我必鑒察他們的罪孽，察罰迦勒底人之地，使它永遠荒涼。我必使我一切的話，就是我所說攻擊那地的話，舉凡所記在這書上的，都應驗到那地。因為有許多國許多大王都要使迦勒底人做奴隸；我必照他們的行為、按他們的手所作的來報應他們。』永恆主以色列的上帝對我這麼說：『你把這杯烈怒的酒從我手中接過去，叫我所差遣你到的列國的人喝。他們喝了就會搖搖晃晃，瘋瘋癲癲，是因為刀劍的緣故，就是我所打發到他們中間去的。』於是我從永恆主手中接了這杯，給永恆主所差遣我到的列國的人喝：就是耶路撒冷和猶大的城市，它的列王和首領，使這些城市荒廢，成了令人驚駭、令人嗤笑咒詛的對象，正如今日一樣的；又有埃及王法老和法老的臣僕、首領和眾民，以及雜族眾人、烏斯地的列王，和非利士人之地的列王，（亞實基倫、迦薩、以革倫、和亞實突餘剩之民），以東、摩押、亞捫人，推羅的列王、西頓的列王、越過海洋的沿海地帶之列王，底但、提瑪、布斯、和所有將鬢邊頭髮剃成了圓形的人，亞拉伯的列王、居住曠野的雜族眾人之列王，心利的列王、以攔的列王、瑪代的列王，北方遠近的列王、一個一個、以及地上萬國、住在這地面上的——都喝了；以後巴比倫王也必喝。

而你們呢、永恆主卻把你們從埃及、從鑄鐵爐子那裏領出來，要做他自己擁有的人民，像今日一樣。

現在你看，我今日解開了你手上的鍊子。你若看跟我往巴比倫去好，就去；我可以好好地照應你；你若看跟我往巴比倫去不好，就不必去。看哪，全地都在你面前；你看哪裏好、哪裏合宜去，就上哪裏去吧！
