Yet ye have not hearkened unto me, saith the LORD; that ye might provoke me to anger with the works of your hands to your own hurt.

耶和華說：「然而，你們不聽我的話，製造神像惹我發怒，自招懲罰。」

但你們沒有聽從我，竟容你們手所作的惹我發怒，自招禍害。”這是耶和華的宣告。

然而你們總不聽從我，只是要用你們手的製作物來惹我發怒，以加害於你們自己：這是永恆主發神諭說的。

耶和華曰、爾不我聽、而以爾手所作之物、激我震怒、自罹災害、

惟爾不聽耶和華命、手作偶像、干我震怒、自罹其災、

惟爾不聽我、事爾手所作之偶像、干我震怒、自取災害、此乃主所言、

“ But you did not listen to me,” declares the Lord,“ and you have aroused my anger with what your hands have made, and you have brought harm to yourselves.”

“‘ But you did not listen to me,’ announces the Lord.‘ You have made me very angry with the gods your hands have made. And you have brought harm on yourselves.’

Yet you have not listened to me, declares the Lord, that you might provoke me to anger with the work of your hands to your own harm.

“ But you would not listen to me,” says the Lord.“ You made me furious by worshiping idols you made with your own hands, bringing on yourselves all the disasters you now suffer.

“‘ But you have not obeyed me’— this is the LORD’s declaration—‘ with the result that you have angered me by the work of your hands and brought disaster on yourselves.’

Yet you have not listened to Me,” declares the Lord,“ in order to provoke Me to anger with the work of your hands to your own harm.

Yet you have not listened to Me,” says the Lord,“ that you might provoke Me to anger with the works of your hands to your own hurt.

Yet ye have not hearkened unto me, saith Jehovah; that ye may provoke me to anger with the work of your hands to your own hurt.

“‘ But you would not obey Me’— this is the Lord’s declaration—‘ in order that you might provoke Me to anger by the work of your hands and bring disaster on yourselves.’

So, now the LORD says,‘ You have not listened to me. But you have made me angry by the things that you have done. Thus you have brought harm on yourselves.’

“ Yet you have not listened to me,” says Yahweh;“ that you may provoke me to anger with the work of your hands to your own hurt.”

Because they have done[ that which was] evil in my sight, and have provoked me to anger, since the day their fathers came forth out of Egypt, even unto this day.

For the children of Israel and the children of Judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work of their hands, saith the LORD.For this city hath been to me[ as] a provocation of mine anger and of my fury from the day that they built it even unto this day; that I should remove it from before my face,Because of all the evil of the children of Israel and of the children of Judah, which they have done to provoke me to anger, they, their kings, their princes, their priests, and their prophets, and the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.And they have turned unto me the back, and not the face: though I taught them, rising up early and teaching[ them], yet they have not hearkened to receive instruction.

They have moved me to jealousy with[ that which is] not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with[ those which are] not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation.

But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.

Nevertheless they were disobedient, and rebelled against thee, and cast thy law behind their backs, and slew thy prophets which testified against them to turn them to thee, and they wrought great provocations.

And they caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire, and used divination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.

The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead[ their] dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger.Do they provoke me to anger? saith the LORD:[ do they] not[ provoke] themselves to the confusion of their own faces?
