Over and over again the LORD has sent his servants the prophets to you. But you have not listened or paid attention.

耶和华也从早起来，差遣他的仆人众先知到你们这里来（只是你们没有听从，也没有侧耳而听），

耶和华也曾一再差遣他的仆人众先知到你们这里来，只是你们不听从，也不侧耳而听，

耶和华也曾一再差遣他的仆人众先知到你们这里来，只是你们不听从，也不侧耳而听，

耶和华屡次差遣祂的仆人——众先知警告你们，你们却充耳不闻，毫不理会。

耶和华虽然不断差遣他的仆人众先知到你们那里去；但你们却没有听从，毫不留心。

耶和華雖然不斷差遣他的僕人眾先知到你們那裡去；但你們卻沒有聽從，毫不留心。

你們總不聽從，不傾耳以聽，雖則永恆主曾差遣了他的眾僕人眾神言人，又及時又屢次地差遣來

耶和華亦遣其僕諸先知至爾、夙興遣之、惟爾不從、不側耳以聽、

耶和華之僕先知、數奉使告爾、惟爾不傾耳以聽。

主屢遣其僕諸先知以警爾、惟爾不聽、不傾耳以聽、

And though the Lord has sent all his servants the prophets to you again and again, you have not listened or paid any attention.

“ The Lord has sent all his servants the prophets to you. They’ve come to you again and again. But you haven’t listened. You haven’t paid any attention to them.

You have neither listened nor inclined your ears to hear, although the Lord persistently sent to you all his servants the prophets,

“ Again and again the Lord has sent you his servants, the prophets, but you have not listened or even paid attention.

The LORD sent all his servants the prophets to you time and time again, but you have not obeyed or even paid attention.

And the Lord has sent to you all His servants the prophets again and again, but you have not listened nor inclined your ear to hear,

And the Lord has sent to you all His servants the prophets, rising early and sending them, but you have not listened nor inclined your ear to hear.

And Jehovah hath sent unto you all his servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them,( but ye have not hearkened, nor inclined your ear to hear),

The Lord sent all His servants the prophets to you time and time again, but you have not obeyed or even paid attention.

And the LORD hath sent unto you all his servants the prophets, rising early and sending[ them]; but ye have not hearkened, nor inclined your ear to hear.

Yahweh has sent to you all his servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them( but you have not listened or inclined your ear to hear),

“ For the last twenty-three years, from the thirteenth year that Josiah son of Amon was ruling in Judah until now, the LORD has been speaking to me. I told you over and over again what he said. But you would not listen.

You must pay attention to the exhortations of my servants the prophets. I have sent them to you over and over again. But you have not paid any attention to them.

The LORD God of their ancestors continually warned them through his messengers, for he felt compassion for his people and his dwelling place.But they mocked God’s messengers, despised his warnings, and ridiculed his prophets. Finally the LORD got very angry at his people and there was no one who could prevent his judgment.

But they did not listen to me or pay any attention to me. They followed the stubborn inclinations of their own wicked hearts. They acted worse and worse instead of better.From the time your ancestors departed the land of Egypt until now, I sent my servants the prophets to you again and again, day after day.But your ancestors did not listen to me nor pay attention to me. They became obstinate and were more wicked than even their own forefathers.’”

While you were feeling secure I gave you warning. But you said,“ I refuse to listen to you.” That is the way you have acted from your earliest history onward. Indeed, you have never paid attention to me.

Your ancestors, however, did not listen to me or pay any attention to me. They stubbornly refused to pay attention or to respond to any discipline.’

Take care not to refuse the one who is speaking! For if they did not escape when they refused the one who warned them on earth, how much less shall we, if we reject the one who warns from heaven?

These wicked people refuse to obey what I have said. They follow the stubborn inclinations of their own hearts and pay allegiance to other gods by worshiping and serving them. So they will become just like these linen shorts which are good for nothing.For,’ I say,‘ just as shorts cling tightly to a person’s body, so I bound the whole nation of Israel and the whole nation of Judah tightly to me.’ I intended for them to be my special people and to bring me fame, honor, and praise. But they would not obey me.

For they have not paid attention to what I said to them through my servants the prophets whom I sent to them over and over again,’ says the LORD.‘ And you exiles have not paid any attention to them either,’ says the LORD.

“ The LORD God of Israel who rules over all says,‘ I will soon bring on this city and all the towns surrounding it all the disaster I threatened to do to it. I will do so because they have stubbornly refused to pay any attention to what I have said!’”

I will punish him and his descendants and the officials who serve him for the wicked things they have done. I will bring on them, the citizens of Jerusalem, and the people of Judah all the disaster that I threatened to do to them. I will punish them because I threatened them but they still paid no heed.”’”

Jonadab son of Rechab ordered his descendants not to drink wine. His orders have been carried out. To this day his descendants have drunk no wine because they have obeyed what their ancestor commanded them. But I have spoken to you over and over again, but you have not obeyed me!I sent all my servants the prophets to warn you over and over again. They said,“ Every one of you, stop doing the evil things you have been doing and do what is right. Do not pay allegiance to other gods and worship them. Then you can continue to live in this land that I gave to you and your ancestors.” But you did not pay any attention or listen to me.

They have turned away from me instead of turning to me. I tried over and over again to instruct them, but they did not listen and respond to correction.

I sent my servants the prophets to you people over and over again warning you not to do this disgusting thing I hate.But the people of Jerusalem and Judah would not listen or pay any attention. They would not stop the wickedness they were doing nor quit sacrificing to other gods.

And you have acted even more wickedly than your ancestors! Each one of you has followed the stubborn inclinations of your own wicked heart and not obeyed me.

“ You stubborn people, with uncircumcised hearts and ears! You are always resisting the Holy Spirit, like your ancestors did!Which of the prophets did your ancestors not persecute? They killed those who foretold long ago the coming of the Righteous One, whose betrayers and murderers you have now become!

So, now the LORD says,‘ You have not listened to me. But you have made me angry by the things that you have done. Thus you have brought harm on yourselves.’

For I solemnly warned your ancestors to obey me. I warned them again and again, ever since I delivered them out of Egypt until this very day.But they did not listen to me or pay any attention to me! Each one of them followed the stubborn inclinations of his own wicked heart. So I brought on them all the punishments threatened in the covenant because they did not carry out its terms as I commanded them to do.’”The LORD said to me,“ The people of Judah and the citizens of Jerusalem have plotted rebellion against me!They have gone back to the evil ways of their ancestors of old who refused to obey what I told them. They, too, have paid allegiance to other gods and worshiped them. Both the nation of Israel and the nation of Judah have violated the covenant I made with their ancestors.

But they just keep saying,‘ We do not care what you say! We will do whatever we want to do! We will continue to behave wickedly and stubbornly!’”

“ But they refused to pay attention, turning away stubbornly and stopping their ears so they could not hear.Indeed, they made their heart as hard as diamond, so that they could not obey the Torah and the other words the LORD who rules over all had sent by his Spirit through the former prophets. Therefore, the LORD who rules over all had poured out great wrath.
