And if they refuse to accept the cup, tell them,‘ The Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: You have no choice but to drink from it.

如果他们不肯从你的手中接过这杯来喝，你就要对他们说：‘万军之耶和华这样说：你们一定要喝。

如果他們不肯從你的手中接過這杯來喝，你就要對他們說：‘萬軍之耶和華這樣說：你們一定要喝。

『他們若不肯把這杯從你手中接過去喝，你就要對他們說：「萬軍之永恆主這麼說：你們一定要喝！

如彼不欲自爾手取杯飲之、則當告之曰、萬軍之耶和華云、爾必飲之、

如彼不受爵、不肯飲、爾當曰、萬有之主耶和華曰、爾必飲之。

如彼不願接爵於爾手以飲、則爾告之曰、萬有之主如是云、爾必飲之、

But if they refuse to take the cup from your hand and drink, tell them,‘ This is what the Lord Almighty says: You must drink it!

But they might refuse to take the cup from your hand. They might not want to drink from it. Then tell them,‘ The Lord who rules over all says,“ You must drink from it!

“ And if they refuse to accept the cup from your hand to drink, then you shall say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts: You must drink!

If they refuse to accept the cup from your hand and drink, you are to say to them,‘ This is what the LORD of Armies says: You must drink!

And if they refuse to take the cup from your hand to drink, then you shall say to them,‘ This is what the Lord of armies says:“ You shall certainly drink!

And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup from your hand to drink, then you shall say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts:“ You shall certainly drink!

And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at thy hand to drink, then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Ye shall surely drink.

If they refuse to take the cup from you and drink, you are to say to them: This is what the Lord of Hosts says: You must drink!

And it shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at thine hand to drink, then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Ye shall certainly drink.

If they refuse to take the cup from your hand and drink it, tell them that the LORD who rules over all says‘ You most certainly must drink it!

It shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at your hand to drink, then you shall tell them,‘ Yahweh of Armies says:“ You shall surely drink.

“ Must God tailor his justice to your demands? But you have rejected him! The choice is yours, not mine. Go ahead, share your wisdom with us.

Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God, for he chose us in advance, and he makes everything work out according to his plan.

But everything they did was determined beforehand according to your will.

And this is what the Lord says:“ If the innocent must suffer, how much more must you! You will not go unpunished! You must drink this cup of judgment!

The earth will mourn and the heavens will be draped in black because of my decree against my people. I have made up my mind and will not change it.”

Only I can tell you the future before it even happens. Everything I plan will come to pass, for I do whatever I wish.I will call a swift bird of prey from the east— a leader from a distant land to come and do my bidding. I have said what I would do, and I will do it.

The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has sworn this oath:“ It will all happen as I have planned. It will be as I have decided.I will break the Assyrians when they are in Israel; I will trample them on my mountains. My people will no longer be their slaves nor bow down under their heavy loads.I have a plan for the whole earth, a hand of judgment upon all the nations.The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has spoken— who can change his plans? When his hand is raised, who can stop him?”

The earth trembles and writhes in pain, for everything the Lord has planned against Babylon stands unchanged. Babylon will be left desolate without a single inhabitant.

All the people of the earth are nothing compared to him. He does as he pleases among the angels of heaven and among the people of the earth. No one can stop him or say to him,‘ What do you mean by doing these things?’
