and all the mingled people, and all the kings of the land of Uz, and all the kings of the Philistines, and Ashkelon, and Gaza, and Ekron, and the remnant of Ashdod;

and all the mixed peoples; all the kings of the land of Uz; all the kings of the land of the Philistines— Ashkelon, Gaza, Ekron, and the remnant of Ashdod;

And all the mingled people, and all the kings of the land of Uz, and all the kings of the land of the Philistines, and Ashkelon, and Azzah, and Ekron, and the remnant of Ashdod,

the foreigners living in Egypt; all the kings of the land of Uz; all the kings of the land of the Philistines, the people of Ashkelon, Gaza, Ekron, the people who had been left alive from Ashdod;

and all the mixed people, and all the kings of the land of Uz, all the kings of the Philistines, Ashkelon, Gaza, Ekron, and the remnant of Ashdod;

在法老攻擊迦薩之前，耶和華論非利士人的話臨到耶利米先知。耶和華如此說：看哪，有水從北方漲起，成為漲溢的河，要淹沒全地和其中所充滿的，淹沒城和城裏的居民。人必呼喊，境內的居民都必哀號。一聽見敵人壯馬蹄踏的響聲、戰車隆隆、車輪轟轟，為父的手就發軟，不能回頭看顧兒女。因為日子將到，耶和華必毀滅所有非利士人，剪除推羅、西頓僅存的幫助者；他要毀滅非利士人、迦斐託海島剩餘的人。迦薩成了光禿，亞實基倫歸於無有。平原中所剩的啊，你割劃自己，要到幾時呢？耶和華的刀劍哪，你要到幾時才止息呢？要入鞘，安靜不動。耶和華吩咐它攻擊亞實基倫和海邊之地，既已派定它，你怎能靜止不動呢？

又有許多不同族羣的人，以及眾多的羊羣牛羣，和他們一同上去。

迦薩必遭遺棄，亞實基倫必然荒涼；亞實突人必在正午被趕出，以革倫也要連根拔除。禍哉，住沿海之地的基利提人！迦南、非利士人之地啊，耶和華的話攻擊你們：我必毀滅你，以致無人居住。沿海之地要變為草場，牧人的住處和羊羣的圈。這地必為猶大家的餘民所得；他們要在那裏放牧，晚上躺臥在亞實基倫的房屋中；因為耶和華－他們的上帝必眷顧他們，使被擄的人歸回。

亞蘭的兒子是烏斯、戶勒、基帖、瑪施。

那些日子，我又看見猶太人娶了亞實突、亞捫和摩押的女子為妻。他們的兒女，一半說亞實突話，或其他種族的方言，不會說猶大話。我就斥責他們，詛咒他們，打了他們幾個人，拔下他們的鬍鬚，叫他們指着上帝起誓：「你們不可把自己的女兒嫁給外邦人的兒子，也不可為自己和兒子娶他們的女兒。以色列王所羅門不也在這樣的事上犯罪嗎？在許多國家中並沒有一位王像他，蒙他上帝喜愛，上帝立他作王治理全以色列。然而，連他也被外邦女子引誘犯罪。我們豈能聽憑你們行這一切大惡，娶外邦女子干犯我們的上帝呢？」

非利士人獻給耶和華作賠罪的金痔瘡像如下：一個為亞實突，一個為迦薩，一個為亞實基倫，一個為迦特，一個為以革倫。

閃的兒子是以攔、亞述、亞法撒、路德、亞蘭、烏斯、戶勒、基帖和米設。

「主耶和華如此說：因非利士人報仇，就是心存輕蔑報仇；他們永懷仇恨，意圖毀滅，所以主耶和華如此說：看哪，我要伸手攻擊非利士人，剪除基利提人，滅絕沿海剩餘的居民。我要大大報復他們，發怒斥責他們。我報復他們的時候，他們就知道我是耶和華。」

亞實基倫看見必懼怕，迦薩看見甚痛苦，以革倫因失了盼望而蒙羞；迦薩必不再有君王，亞實基倫也不再有人居住，混血的人要住在亞實突；我必除滅非利士人的驕傲。我要除去他口中帶血之肉和牙齒內可憎之物。他必作餘民歸於我們的上帝，在猶大像族長一樣；以革倫必如耶布斯人。

長子烏斯、他的兄弟布斯、亞蘭的父親基摩利、

耶和華如此說：「迦薩三番四次犯罪，擄掠全體百姓交給以東，我必不撤銷對它的懲罰。我要降火在迦薩城內，吞滅它的宮殿；我要剪除亞實突的居民和亞實基倫的掌權者，反手攻擊以革倫，剩餘的非利士人都必滅亡。」這是主耶和華說的。
