“我在怒气、忿怒，和大恼恨中，将以色列人赶到各国。日后我必从那里将他们招聚出来，领他们回到此地，使他们安然居住。

因为，主的眼看顾义人，主的耳听他们的祈祷；惟有行恶的人，主向他们变脸。”

看哪，我今日立你在列邦列国之上，为要施行拔出、拆毁、毁坏、倾覆，又要建立、栽植。”

耶和华的眼目看顾义人；他的耳朵听他们的呼求。

他在人前歌唱说：‘我犯了罪，颠倒是非，这竟与我无益。神救赎我的灵魂免入深坑；我的生命也必见光。’

耶和华的眼目遍察全地，要显大能帮助向他心存诚实的人。你这事行得愚昧；此后，你必有争战的事。”

是耶和华你神所眷顾的；从岁首到年终，耶和华你神的眼目时常看顾那地。

我的神啊，求你记念我为这百姓所行的一切事，施恩与我。

我要将我羊群中所余剩的，从我赶他们到的各国内招聚出来，领他们归回本圈；他们也必生养众多。

我何时论到一邦或一国说，要拔出、拆毁、毁坏；我所说的那一邦，若是转意离开他们的恶，我就必后悔，不将我想要施行的灾祸降与他们。我何时论到一邦或一国说，要建立、栽植；

耶和华说：我向这城变脸，降祸不降福；这城必交在巴比伦王的手中，他必用火焚烧。”

“人子啊，耶路撒冷的居民对你的弟兄、你的本族、你的亲属、以色列全家，就是对大众说：‘你们远离耶和华吧！这地是赐给我们为业的。’所以你当说：‘耶和华如此说：我虽将以色列全家远远迁移到列国中，将他们分散在列邦内，我还要在他们所到的列邦，暂作他们的圣所。’你当说：‘主耶和华如此说：我必从万民中招聚你们，从分散的列国内聚集你们，又要将以色列地赐给你们。’
