‘看哪！我曾在怒氣、烈怒和大忿怒中，把以色列人趕逐到各地，將來我必從那裡把他們招聚出來，領他們回到這地方，使他們安然居住。

因為主的眼睛看顧義人，他的耳朵垂聽他們的呼求；但主的臉敵對作惡的人。”

今日我立你在列邦列國之上，為要拔出、拆毀、毀滅、傾覆，又要建立和栽植。”

耶和華的眼目遍察全地，一心歸向他的，他必以大能扶助他們；你作這事太愚昧了。從今以後，你必常有戰爭。”

就是耶和華你的神眷顧的地；從歲首到年終，耶和華你的神的眼目常常眷顧這地。

“我的神啊，求你記念我，記念我為這人民所作的一切事，施恩給我。”

“我要親自把我羊群中餘剩的，從我把牠們趕逐到的各地，招聚出來，領牠們歸回自己的羊圈，使牠們繁殖增多。

我甚麼時候宣布要拔出、拆毀、毀滅一邦或一國，如果我論到的那一邦轉離他們的惡行，我就必回心轉意，不把我原定的災禍降給他們。同樣，我甚麼時候宣布要建立、栽植一邦或一國，

因為我已經決意向這城降禍不降福；這城必交在巴比倫王的手中，他必放火把城燒毀。’”這是耶和華的宣告。

“人子啊！論到你的兄弟、你的親屬、與你一同被擄的人（“與你一同被擄的人”或譯：“你的近親”）和以色列全家，耶路撒冷的居民曾經這樣說：‘他們遠離了耶和華，這地是賜給我們作產業的。’因此你要說：‘主耶和華這樣說：我雖然把他們遠遠地遷到列國之中，使他們分散在各地，我還要在他們所到的各地暫作他們的聖所。’因此你要說：‘主耶和華這樣說：我要從萬族中招聚你們，從你們被分散到的各地聚集你們，把以色列地賜給你們。’
