‘看哪！我曾在怒气、烈怒和大忿怒中，把以色列人赶逐到各地，将来我必从那里把他们招聚出来，领他们回到这地方，使他们安然居住。

因为主的眼睛看顾义人，他的耳朵垂听他们的呼求；但主的脸敌对作恶的人。”

今日我立你在列邦列国之上，为要拔出、拆毁、毁灭、倾覆，又要建立和栽植。”

就是耶和华你的神眷顾的地；从岁首到年终，耶和华你的神的眼目常常眷顾这地。

“我的神啊，求你记念我，记念我为这人民所作的一切事，施恩给我。”

“我要亲自把我羊群中余剩的，从我把它们赶逐到的各地，招聚出来，领它们归回自己的羊圈，使它们繁殖增多。

我什么时候宣布要拔出、拆毁、毁灭一邦或一国，如果我论到的那一邦转离他们的恶行，我就必回心转意，不把我原定的灾祸降给他们。同样，我什么时候宣布要建立、栽植一邦或一国，

因为我已经决意向这城降祸不降福；这城必交在巴比伦王的手中，他必放火把城烧毁。’”这是耶和华的宣告。

“人子啊！论到你的兄弟、你的亲属、与你一同被掳的人（“与你一同被掳的人”或译：“你的近亲”）和以色列全家，耶路撒冷的居民曾经这样说：‘他们远离了耶和华，这地是赐给我们作产业的。’因此你要说：‘主耶和华这样说：我虽然把他们远远地迁到列国之中，使他们分散在各地，我还要在他们所到的各地暂作他们的圣所。’因此你要说：‘主耶和华这样说：我要从万族中招聚你们，从你们被分散到的各地聚集你们，把以色列地赐给你们。’
