I will forget you completely. I will expel you from my presence, along with this city that I gave to you and your ancestors.

因此，看哪！我必把你们当作重担举起来（“我必把你们当作重担举起来”或译：“我必定忘记你们”），把你们连同我赐给你们和你们列祖的城都从我面前丢弃。

那你就看吧，我一定要把你們跟我所賜給你們和你們列祖的城全然托起，給丟棄掉、離開我面前。

我必盡忘爾、且遺棄爾、及我所錫爾祖與爾之邑、絕於我前、

則我必遐棄爾、與我所錫爾祖及爾之邑、不復眷顧。

則我必遺棄爾、與我所賜爾及爾祖之邑、絕於我前、

Therefore, I will surely forget you and cast you out of my presence along with the city I gave to you and your ancestors.

So you can be sure I will forget you. I will throw you out of my sight. I will also destroy the city I gave you and your people of long ago.

therefore, behold, I will surely lift you up and cast you away from my presence, you and the city that I gave to you and your fathers.

I will surely forget you. I will throw you away from my presence— both you and the city that I gave you and your ancestors.

Therefore behold, I will certainly forget you and thrust you away from My presence, along with the city which I gave you and your fathers.

therefore behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you and forsake you, and the city that I gave you and your fathers, and will cast you out of My presence.

therefore, behold, I will utterly forget you, and I will cast you off, and the city that I gave unto you and to your fathers, away from my presence:

I will surely forget you and throw away from My presence both you and the city that I gave you and your fathers.

Therefore, behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you, and I will forsake you, and the city that I gave you and your fathers,[ and cast you] out of my presence:

So I will carry you far off and throw you away. I will send both you and the city I gave to you and to your ancestors out of my sight.

therefore, behold, I will utterly forget you, and I will cast you off, and the city that I gave to you and to your fathers, away from my presence.

“ Suppose one of the people or one of the prophets or priests asks you,‘ What prophecy has the Lord burdened you with now?’ You must reply,‘ You are the burden! The Lord says he will abandon you!’

Therefore, I will respond in fury. I will neither pity nor spare them. And though they cry for mercy, I will not listen.”

Proclaim this message from the Sovereign Lord against the mountains of Israel. This is what the Sovereign Lord says to the mountains and hills and to the ravines and valleys: I am about to bring war upon you, and I will smash your pagan shrines.

I will be like a lion to Israel, like a strong young lion to Judah. I will tear them to pieces! I will carry them off, and no one will be left to rescue them.

“ Look! I am about to cover the earth with a flood that will destroy every living thing that breathes. Everything on earth will die.

Kill them all— old and young, girls and women and little children. But do not touch anyone with the mark. Begin right here at the Temple.” So they began by killing the seventy leaders.

People who despise advice are asking for trouble; those who respect a command will succeed.

I will punish him and his family and his attendants for their sins. I will pour out on them and on all the people of Jerusalem and Judah all the disasters I promised, for they would not listen to my warnings.’”

Even if you do have children who grow up, I will take them from you. It will be a terrible day when I turn away and leave you alone.I have watched Israel become as beautiful as Tyre. But now Israel will bring out her children for slaughter.”O Lord, what should I request for your people? I will ask for wombs that don’t give birth and breasts that give no milk.The Lord says,“ All their wickedness began at Gilgal; there I began to hate them. I will drive them from my land because of their evil actions. I will love them no more because all their leaders are rebels.The people of Israel are struck down. Their roots are dried up, and they will bear no more fruit. And if they give birth, I will slaughter their beloved children.”My God will reject the people of Israel because they will not listen or obey. They will be wanderers, homeless among the nations.

My people are being destroyed because they don’t know me. Since you priests refuse to know me, I refuse to recognize you as my priests. Since you have forgotten the laws of your God, I will forget to bless your children.

Look now; I myself am he! There is no other god but me! I am the one who kills and gives life; I am the one who wounds and heals; no one can be rescued from my powerful hand!

“ I have said it: I am calling Cyrus! I will send him on this errand and will help him succeed.

“ Then the King will turn to those on the left and say,‘ Away with you, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his demons.

“ Therefore, this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I will surely judge between the fat sheep and the scrawny sheep.

These things happened because of the Lord’s anger against the people of Jerusalem and Judah, until he finally banished them from his presence and sent them into exile. Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.

Therefore, I myself, the Sovereign Lord, am now your enemy. I will punish you publicly while all the nations watch.

They will be punished with eternal destruction, forever separated from the Lord and from his glorious power.

“ Therefore, this is what the Lord God of Heaven’s Armies, the God of Israel, says:‘ Because you refuse to listen or answer when I call, I will send upon Judah and Jerusalem all the disasters I have threatened.’”

“ I, yes I, am the one who comforts you. So why are you afraid of mere humans, who wither like the grass and disappear?

Therefore, this is what the Lord says: I will hand this city over to the Babylonians and to Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, and he will capture it.The Babylonians outside the walls will come in and set fire to the city. They will burn down all these houses where the people provoked my anger by burning incense to Baal on the rooftops and by pouring out liquid offerings to other gods.Israel and Judah have done nothing but wrong since their earliest days. They have infuriated me with all their evil deeds,” says the Lord.“ From the time this city was built until now, it has done nothing but anger me, so I am determined to get rid of it.“ The sins of Israel and Judah— the sins of the people of Jerusalem, the kings, the officials, the priests, and the prophets— have stirred up my anger.My people have turned their backs on me and have refused to return. Even though I diligently taught them, they would not receive instruction or obey.They have set up their abominable idols right in my own Temple, defiling it.They have built pagan shrines to Baal in the valley of Ben Hinnom, and there they sacrifice their sons and daughters to Molech. I have never commanded such a horrible deed; it never even crossed my mind to command such a thing. What an incredible evil, causing Judah to sin so greatly!

“ For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: I myself will search and find my sheep.

And I will send you out of my sight into exile, just as I did your relatives, the people of Israel.’

then I will give full vent to my hostility. I myself will punish you seven times over for your sins.

Why do you continue to forget us? Why have you abandoned us for so long?

Do not banish me from your presence, and don’t take your Holy Spirit from me.
