And Jehoiachin did eat bread before him continually all the days of his life:and for his allowance, there was a continual allowance given him of the king, every day a portion, all the days of his life.

For thus saith Jehovah touching Shallum the son of Josiah, king of Judah, who reigned instead of Josiah his father, and who went forth out of this place: He shall not return thither any more;
