I will hurl you and the mother who gave you birth into another country, where neither of you was born, and there you both will die.

I will throw you out into another country. I will throw your mother out. Neither of you was born in that country. But both of you will die there.

I will expel you and your mother from this land, and you will die in a foreign country, not in your native land.

And he carried away Jehoiachin to Babylon, and the king’s mother, and the king’s wives, and his officers, and the mighty of the land,[ those] carried he into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon.

Behold, the LORD will carry thee away with a mighty captivity, and will surely cover thee.

Jehoiachin[ was] eighteen years old when he began to reign, and he reigned in Jerusalem three months. And his mother’s name[ was] Nehushta, the daughter of Elnathan of Jerusalem.

And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith the LORD; Such as[ are] for death, to death; and such as[ are] for the sword, to the sword; and such as[ are] for the famine, to the famine; and such as[ are] for the captivity, to the captivity.And I will appoint over them four kinds, saith the LORD: the sword to slay, and the dogs to tear, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and destroy.And I will cause them to be removed into all kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah king of Judah, for[ that] which he did in Jerusalem.

Jehoiachin[ was] eight years old when he began to reign, and he reigned three months and ten days in Jerusalem: and he did[ that which was] evil in the sight of the LORD.And when the year was expired, king Nebuchadnezzar sent, and brought him to Babylon, with the goodly vessels of the house of the LORD, and made Zedekiah his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem.

And they put him in ward in chains, and brought him to the king of Babylon: they brought him into holds, that his voice should no more be heard upon the mountains of Israel.Thy mother[ is] like a vine in thy blood, planted by the waters: she was fruitful and full of branches by reason of many waters.And she had strong rods for the sceptres of them that bare rule, and her stature was exalted among the thick branches, and she appeared in her height with the multitude of her branches.But she was plucked up in fury, she was cast down to the ground, and the east wind dried up her fruit: her strong rods were broken and withered; the fire consumed them.And now she[ is] planted in the wilderness, in a dry and thirsty ground.And fire is gone out of a rod of her branches,[ which] hath devoured her fruit, so that she hath no strong rod[ to be] a sceptre to rule. This[ is] a lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation.
