Some of you live in Jerusalem in the Palace of the Forest of Lebanon. You are comfortable in your cedar buildings. But you will groan when pain comes on you. It will be like the pain of a woman having a baby.

先知曰、我聞其聲、已喪厥膽、我懷憂戚、若婦將產。

爾邦淪喪、將如之何、雖衣絳垂金、修容飾目、俱為徒勞、昔與爾行淫者、必藐視爾、謀害爾。我聞有聲哀號、若妊婦初產、即郇女之聲、哭泣伸手、曰、殺我者至、禍必不遠、我喪厥膽。

耶和華又告猶大王宗室曰、昔我視爾若基列地、利巴嫩巔、今我使爾荒蕪、若無人居處之邑、

彼當寢之際、籲呼於我、中心不誠、和會之時、祈求酒穀、違逆乎我、

摩押居民、當離城垣、藏於巖穴、譬彼班鳩、巢於洞口。

爾曹背道、忘我耶和華、爾之上帝、今在童山、我聞哭聲、籲呼於上。

我必棄斯民、而歸我所、迨其自陳己罪、求沾我恩、窘迫之際、竭力求予。彼必曰、耶和華既戕我、必醫痊我、既擊我、必彌縫我、莫若歸之、

爾居山巖、險隘、危迫之地、心志倨傲、至於自迷、爾巢雖高、譬彼神鷹、我耶和華必使爾降為卑。

惟聞戰慄恐懼之聲、不聞歡樂之聲。男子產育、未之有也、今見男子手捧腹、色乍青、若將產之婦、誠何故與。

又望基尼族、作歌曰、爾居鞏固、爾巢巖穴、

爾貪不義之利、以富其家、營巢甚高、求免災害、禍必不遠、

利巴嫩當啟爾門、任爾柏香木為火所焚、巍巍者已毀矣、柏香木已傾、爾諸松柏、俱當號呼、林樹既仆、巴山橡櫟亦當哀泣、

耶和華曰、爾居陵谷、處平原、據巖穴以為家、自謂無人干犯、無人入室、我耶和華攻爾、視爾所行而加刑罰、燃火於林、四面焚燬。

爾雖高飛、譬諸神鷹、結巢於星間、我耶和華必俾爾下墜、

耶和華又曰、當斯之時、以色列族、猶大家偕至、且哭且行、求其上帝耶和華、俱望郇邑、勤詢厥路、歸誠於我、與我結約、歷世弗忘。

雖入陰府、我必取之、雖升天堂、我將降之、
