‘ Hear the word of the Lord to you, king of Judah, you who sit on David’s throne— you, your officials and your people who come through these gates.

‘ King of Judah, listen to the Lord’ s message. You are sitting on David’s throne. You and your officials and your people come through these gates.

Say:‘ Listen, O king of Judah who follows in David’s succession. You, your officials, and your subjects who pass through the gates of this palace must listen to what the LORD says.

‘ Hear Yahweh’s word, king of Judah, who sits on David’s throne, you, your servants, and your people who enter in by these gates.

他將要為大，稱為至高者的兒子；主神要把他祖先大衛的王位給他。

所多瑪的官長啊，你們要聽耶和華的言語！蛾摩拉的百姓啊，要側耳聽我們神的教誨！

你們若切實遵行這話，就必有坐大衛寶座的君王和他的臣僕百姓，或坐車或騎馬，從這王宮的各門進入。

說：『猶大君王和耶路撒冷的居民哪，當聽耶和華的話。萬軍之耶和華－以色列的神如此說：看哪，我必使災禍臨到這地方，凡聽見的人都必耳鳴；

因此，你們這些傲慢的人，就是管轄住耶路撒冷這百姓的，要聽耶和華的話。

「所以，你們這些牧人要聽耶和華的話。

所以耶和華論到猶大王約雅敬說：他後裔中必沒有人坐在大衛的寶座上；他的屍首必被拋棄，白天受炎熱，黑夜受寒霜。

「你當站在耶和華殿的門口，在那裏宣講這話說：所有從這些門進來敬拜耶和華的猶大人哪，當聽耶和華的話。

地啊，地啊，地啊，當聽耶和華的話！耶和華如此說：「要把這人登記為無子，是平生不得亨通的人；因為他後裔中再無一人得亨通，能坐在大衛的寶座上治理猶大。」

「現在你要聽耶和華的話。你說：『不要向以色列說預言，也不要向以撒家傳講。』

所以耶和華如此論坐大衛寶座的君王和住在這城裏所有的百姓，就是未曾與你們一同被擄的弟兄，萬軍之耶和華如此說：『看哪，我必使刀劍、饑荒、瘟疫臨到他們，使他們像極壞的無花果，壞得不能吃。

對他們說：『你們這猶大君王、猶大眾人和耶路撒冷所有的居民，凡從這些城門進入的，都當聽耶和華的話。耶和華如此說：你們要謹慎，不可在安息日挑甚麼擔子進入耶路撒冷的城門，也不可在安息日從家中挑擔子出去。無論何工都不可做，只要以安息日為聖日，正如我所吩咐你們祖先的。』他們卻不聽從，也不側耳而聽，竟硬着頸項不聽，不肯領受訓誨。「你們若留意聽從我，在安息日不挑甚麼擔子進入這城的各門，只以安息日為聖日，在那日不做任何工作，這是耶和華說的，就必有坐大衛寶座的君王和領袖，與猶大人，並耶路撒冷的居民，或坐車，或騎馬，進入這城的各門，而且這城必存到永遠。也必有人從猶大城鎮和耶路撒冷四圍的各處，從便雅憫地、謝非拉、山區，並尼革夫而來，都帶燔祭和祭物，素祭和乳香，並感謝祭，到耶和華的殿去。你們若不聽從我，不以安息日為聖日，仍在安息日挑擔子進入耶路撒冷的各城門，我必在城門中點火；這火必燒燬耶路撒冷的宮殿，不會熄滅。」

米該雅說：「因此你要聽耶和華的話！我看見耶和華坐在寶座上，天上的萬軍侍立在他左右。

你要對君王和太后說：「你們當自卑，坐下；因你們的王冠，就是你們華美的冠冕已經掉落了。」

所以你們所有被擄去的，就是我從耶路撒冷放逐到巴比倫去的，當聽耶和華的話。
