Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him,[ saying], Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him,[ saying], Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!

所以，耶和华论到犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬如此说：“人必不为他举哀说：‘哀哉！我的哥哥’；或说：‘哀哉！我的姐姐’；也不为他举哀说：‘哀哉！我的主’；或说：‘哀哉！我主的荣华。’

所以，耶和华论到约西亚的儿子犹大王约雅敬如此说：人必不为他举哀：“哀哉，我的哥哥！哀哉，我的姊姊！”也不为他举哀：“哀哉，我的主！哀哉，我主的荣华！”

所以，耶和华论到约西亚的儿子犹大王约雅敬如此说：人必不为他举哀：“哀哉，我的哥哥！哀哉，我的姊姊！”也不为他举哀：“哀哉，我的主！哀哉，我主的荣华！”

因此，论到犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬，耶和华说：“没有人会为他哀悼说，‘唉，我的弟兄啊！唉，我的姊妹啊！’没有人会为他哀悼说，‘唉，主人啊！唉，他的尊荣！’

因此，论到犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬，耶和华这样说：“人必不为他哀伤，说：‘哀哉，我哥哥！’‘哀哉，我姊姊！’人必不为他哀伤，说：‘哀哉，主上！’‘哀哉，尊荣的王！’

所以，耶和華論到猶大王約西亞的兒子約雅敬如此說：人必不為他舉哀說：哀哉！我的哥哥；或說：哀哉！我的姊姊；也不為他舉哀說：哀哉！我的主；或說：哀哉！我主的榮華。

所以，耶和華論到約西亞的兒子猶大王約雅敬如此說：人必不為他舉哀：「哀哉，我的哥哥！哀哉，我的姊姊！」也不為他舉哀：「哀哉，我的主！哀哉，我主的榮華！」

所以，耶和華論到約西亞的兒子猶大王約雅敬如此說：人必不為他舉哀：「哀哉，我的哥哥！哀哉，我的姊姊！」也不為他舉哀：「哀哉，我的主！哀哉，我主的榮華！」

因此，論到猶大王約西亞的兒子約雅敬，耶和華說：「沒有人會為他哀悼說，『唉，我的弟兄啊！唉，我的姊妹啊！』沒有人會為他哀悼說，『唉，主人啊！唉，他的尊榮！』

故耶和華論猶大王約西亞子約雅敬云、民不悼之曰、哀哉我昆弟、哀哉我姊妹、亦不悼之曰、哀哉我主、哀哉我主之榮、

耶和華曰、猶大王、約西亞次子約雅金、既死之時、民不舉哀哭泣、曰、哀哉兄弟姊妹乎、惜哉我主、顯榮安在乎。

故主論猶大王約西亞子約雅敬如是云、民不為之舉哀曰、哀哉我兄、哀哉我姊、亦不為之舉哀曰、哀哉我主、哀哉我主之榮、

Therefore this is what the Lord says about Jehoiakim son of Josiah king of Judah:“ They will not mourn for him:‘ Alas, my brother! Alas, my sister!’ They will not mourn for him:‘ Alas, my master! Alas, his splendor!’

So the Lord speaks about King Jehoiakim, the son of Josiah. He says,“ His people will not mourn for him. They will not say,‘ My poor brother! My poor sister!’ They will not mourn for him. They will not say,‘ My poor master! How sad that his glory is gone!’

Therefore thus says the Lord concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah:“ They shall not lament for him, saying,‘ Ah, my brother!’ or‘ Ah, sister!’ They shall not lament for him, saying,‘ Ah, lord!’ or‘ Ah, his majesty!’

Therefore, this is what the Lord says about Jehoiakim, son of King Josiah:“ The people will not mourn for him, crying to one another,‘ Alas, my brother! Alas, my sister!’ His subjects will not mourn for him, crying,‘ Alas, our master is dead! Alas, his splendor is gone!’

Therefore, this is what the LORD says concerning Jehoiakim son of Josiah, king of Judah: They will not mourn for him, saying,“ Woe, my brother!” or“ Woe, my sister!” They will not mourn for him, saying,“ Woe, lord! Woe, his majesty!”

Therefore this is what the Lord says regarding Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah:“ They will not mourn for him:‘ Oh, my brother!’ or,‘ Oh, sister!’ They will not mourn for him:‘ Oh, for the master!’ or,‘ Oh, for his splendor!’

Therefore thus says the Lord concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah:“ They shall not lament for him, Saying,‘ Alas, my brother!’ or‘ Alas, my sister!’“ They shall not lament for him, Saying,‘ Alas, master!’ or‘ Alas, his glory!’

Therefore thus saith Jehovah concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah: they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! They shall not lament for him, saying Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!

Therefore, this is what the Lord says concerning Jehoiakim son of Josiah, king of Judah: They will not mourn for him, saying,“ Woe, my brother!” or“ Woe, my sister!” They will not mourn for him, saying,“ Woe, lord! Woe, his majesty!”

So the LORD has this to say about Josiah’s son, King Jehoiakim of Judah: People will not mourn for him, saying,“ This makes me sad, my brother! This makes me sad, my sister!” They will not mourn for him, saying,“ Poor, poor lord! Poor, poor majesty!”

Therefore Yahweh says concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah:“ They won’t lament for him, saying,‘ Ah my brother!’ or,‘ Ah sister!’ They won’t lament for him, saying‘ Ah lord!’ or,‘ Ah his glory!’

Both the great and the small shall die in this land: they shall not be buried, neither shall[ men] lament for them, nor cut themselves, nor make themselves bald for them:

And he laid his carcase in his own grave; and they mourned over him,[ saying], Alas, my brother!

Weep ye not for the dead, neither bemoan him:[ but] weep sore for him that goeth away: for he shall return no more, nor see his native country.

They shall die of grievous deaths; they shall not be lamented; neither shall they be buried;[ but] they shall be as dung upon the face of the earth: and they shall be consumed by the sword, and by famine; and their carcases shall be meat for the fowls of heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.

And the king lamented over Abner, and said, Died Abner as a fool dieth?Thy hands[ were] not bound, nor thy feet put into fetters: as a man falleth before wicked men,[ so] fellest thou. And all the people wept again over him.And when all the people came to cause David to eat meat while it was yet day, David sware, saying, So do God to me, and more also, if I taste bread, or ought else, till the sun be down.And all the people took notice[ of it], and it pleased them: as whatsoever the king did pleased all the people.For all the people and all Israel understood that day that it was not of the king to slay Abner the son of Ner.And the king said unto his servants, Know ye not that there is a prince and a great man fallen this day in Israel?

I am distressed for thee, my brother Jonathan: very pleasant hast thou been unto me: thy love to me was wonderful, passing the love of women.

And it came to pass, that in process of time, after the end of two years, his bowels fell out by reason of his sickness: so he died of sore diseases. And his people made no burning for him, like the burning of his fathers.Thirty and two years old was he when he began to reign, and he reigned in Jerusalem eight years, and departed without being desired. Howbeit they buried him in the city of David, but not in the sepulchres of the kings.

And Jeremiah lamented for Josiah: and all the singing men and the singing women spake of Josiah in their lamentations to this day, and made them an ordinance in Israel: and, behold, they[ are] written in the lamentations.

[ But] thou shalt die in peace: and with the burnings of thy fathers, the former kings which were before thee, so shall they burn[ odours] for thee; and they will lament thee,[ saying], Ah lord! for I have pronounced the word, saith the LORD.
