“用不义的手段建造自己房屋、用不公正的方法建筑自己楼房的，有祸了！他使自己的同胞白白作工，不把工资付给他们。

那行不义盖房、行不公造楼、白白使用人的手工不给工价的有祸了！

祸哉！那以不公义盖房，以不公平造楼，白白使邻舍做工，却不给工钱的人，

耶和华说：“约西亚的儿子犹大王约雅敬啊，你有祸了！你以不公不义的手段建造宫廷殿宇，不给工人发工钱。

那行不義蓋房、行不公造樓、白白使用人的手工不給工價的有禍了！

禍哉！那以不公義蓋房，以不公平造樓，白白使鄰舍做工，卻不給工錢的人，

禍哉！那以不公義蓋房，以不公平造樓，白白使鄰舍做工，卻不給工錢的人，

耶和華說：「約西亞的兒子猶大王約雅敬啊，你有禍了！你以不公不義的手段建造宮廷殿宇，不給工人發工錢。

“用不義的手段建造自己房屋、用不公正的方法建築自己樓房的，有禍了！他使自己的同胞白白作工，不把工資付給他們。

『那憑不義而建造自己的房屋，憑不公而建築自己的房頂屋，白白使用人的工，而不給工資的、有禍啊！

以非義建第、以不公築室、役人而不給值、其人禍矣、

人以非義之利、建造宅第、用人之力、不償其工者、禍必不遠、

行不義而建宮、行不公而造樓、徒用人力、不償工值者、斯人必禍、

“ Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness, his upper rooms by injustice, making his own people work for nothing, not paying them for their labor.

The Lord says,“ How terrible it will be for King Jehoiakim! He builds his palace by mistreating his people. He builds its upstairs rooms with money gained by sinning. He makes his own people work for nothing. He does not pay them for what they do.

“ Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his upper rooms by injustice, who makes his neighbor serve him for nothing and does not give him his wages,

And the Lord says,“ What sorrow awaits Jehoiakim, who builds his palace with forced labor. He builds injustice into its walls, for he makes his neighbors work for nothing. He does not pay them for their labor.

Woe for the one who builds his palace through unrighteousness, his upstairs rooms through injustice, who makes his neighbor serve without pay and will not give him his wages,

“ Woe to him who builds his house without righteousness, And his upstairs rooms without justice, Who uses his neighbor’s services without pay And does not give him his wages,

“ Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness And his chambers by injustice, Who uses his neighbor’s service without wages And gives him nothing for his work,

Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by injustice; that useth his neighbor’s service without wages, and giveth him not his hire;

Woe for the one who builds his palace through unrighteousness, his upper rooms through injustice, who makes his fellow man serve without pay and will not give him his wages,

Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong;[ that] useth his neighbour’s service without wages, and giveth him not for his work;

“‘ Sure to be judged is the king who builds his palace using injustice and treats people unfairly while adding its upper rooms. He makes his countrymen work for him for nothing. He does not pay them for their labor.

“ Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his rooms by injustice; who uses his neighbor’s service without wages, and doesn’t give him his hire;

“不可欺压你的邻舍，也不可抢夺他的东西；雇工的工钱，不可扣留在你那里到早晨。

用人血建锡安，以罪孽造耶路撒冷。

看哪，工人为你们收割庄稼，你们竟然克扣他们的工资；那工资必为他们呼冤；收割者的呼声，已经达到万军之主的耳中了。

“困苦贫穷的雇工，无论是你的兄弟，或是寄居在你的地上你的城里的，你都不可欺压他。你要当日给他工钱，不可等到日落，因为他贫穷，把心放在工钱上，免得他对你不满而呼求耶和华，你就有罪了。

你这为自己的家积聚不义之财，在高处搭窝，以逃避灾害的，有祸了！你剪除多国的民，反害了自己；你所谋算的，使你的家蒙羞。石头必从墙里呼叫，梁木必在树中应声。

因此穷人赤身露体流浪，他们因饥饿就抬走禾捆；他们在那些人的橄榄树行列（“那些人的橄榄树行列”直译是“他们的行列”）内榨油，又在葡萄园里踹酒（“又在葡萄园里踹酒”直译是“又踹酒池”），但自己仍然口渴。

约雅敬把银子、金子付给法老；为了应付法老的命令，他向全国征收税银，按着他的评估，向每位国民索取金银，好付给法老尼哥。约雅敬登基的时候是二十五岁，他在耶路撒冷作王十一年。他母亲名叫西布大，是鲁玛人毗大雅的女儿。他行耶和华看为恶的事，好像他的祖先一切所行的。

万军之耶和华说：“我必临近你们施行审判；我要快快指证那些行邪术的、犯奸淫的、起假誓的、在工钱上欺压雇工的、欺压孤儿寡妇的、屈枉寄居的和不敬畏我的。”

后来埃及王立了约哈斯的兄弟以利雅敬作王，统治犹大和耶路撒冷，又给他改名叫约雅敬；尼哥却把约雅敬的兄弟约哈斯带到埃及去了。

因此，论到犹大王约西亚的儿子约雅敬，耶和华这样说：“人必不为他哀伤，说：‘哀哉，我哥哥！’‘哀哉，我姊姊！’人必不为他哀伤，说：‘哀哉，主上！’‘哀哉，尊荣的王！’
