故我萬有之主、以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、我必罰汝、殲滅猶大族、

我意已定、降災爾躬、居埃及之猶大人、使戮於鋒刃、亡於饑饉、滅之殆盡、

雖為敵所擄、我必使刃殺之、我恆鑒察、爾惟加以災害、不加以福祉、

我必罰之、降以重災、既出燄山、復入火坑、使知我乃耶和華。

燬耶和華殿、王宮宦第、及耶路撒冷民室、

王宮民室、悉為迦勒底人所燬、墮耶路撒冷城垣。

燬上帝殿、墮耶路撒冷城焚宮室、壞珍器。

不然迦勒底人必焚此城、爾亦不能脫於其手。

耶和華又曰、此邑必付於巴比倫王手、使彼帥師取之。

作惡者流、則震怒之、不許垂名後世兮。

人將曳爾妻子、見迦勒底人、爾亦不能脫其手、必為巴比倫王所獲、斯邑必焚以火、皆爾自取。

凡爾有眾、及旅於爾者、苟食血、我必罰之、絕於民中。

我必拒爾、使死於敵前、憾爾者將虐爾、無人追襲、爾亦遁逃。

則我必棄此殿宇、與昔棄示羅無異、使此邑為列邦所詛。

如爾不聽、不以安息日為聖日、仍於安息日負荷入耶路撒冷邑門、則我必火焚邑門、延及宮殿、無人撲滅。

耶和華又曰、我必以斯邑付於巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、及迦勒底人手、攻陷斯邑而燬之、昔斯邑之民、曾在樓巔焚香、以奉巴力、灌奠以事他上帝、干我震怒、故火焚其樓。耶和華又曰、以色列族及猶大家、肇造邦國以來、作惡不悛、造諸偶像、干予震怒、自建此城、以迄今日、斯民也干予震怒、我遐棄之。

迦勒底人必復至、攻陷斯邑、取而焚之。耶和華又曰、勿自欺云、迦勒底人將去、蓋彼無去志。浸假攻爾之迦勒底人、為爾所擊、其軍中惟遺被傷之卒、偃於幕下、亦能起、燬斯邑。

昔我使我僕先知傅命、言必降災、斯災已及爾祖、彼遂悛悔、自謂萬有之主耶和華所立之旨、欲降以災、罰我所為、今及我躬矣、

彼獻子女、以享摩洛、污我聖室、瀆我聖名、我必降罰、絕於民中。若鄰里目擊其事、佯為不見、不置之死、我必罰之、及其眷聚、凡縱私欲奉摩洛、效彼為非者、絕之民中。
