玛坦的儿子示法提雅、巴施户珥的儿子基大利、示利米雅的儿子犹甲、玛基雅的儿子巴施户珥听见耶利米对众人所说的话，说：

护卫长拿住大祭司西莱雅、副祭司西番亚，和三个把门的，

有玛基雅的曾孙、巴施户珥的孙子、耶罗罕的儿子亚大雅，又有亚第业的儿子玛赛；亚第业是雅希细拉的儿子；雅希细拉是米书兰的儿子；米书兰是米实利密的儿子；米实利密是音麦的儿子。

约西亚的儿子西底家代替约雅敬的儿子哥尼雅为王，是巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒立在犹大地作王的。

犹大王西底家第十年，就是尼布甲尼撒十八年，耶和华的话临到耶利米。那时巴比伦王的军队围困耶路撒冷，先知耶利米囚在护卫兵的院内，在犹大王的宫中；因为犹大王西底家已将他囚禁，说：“你为什么预言说，耶和华如此说：‘我必将这城交在巴比伦王的手中，他必攻取这城。

西底家登基的时候年二十一岁，在耶路撒冷作王十一年。他母亲名叫哈慕他，是立拿人耶利米的女儿。西底家行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，是照约雅敬一切所行的。因此耶和华的怒气在耶路撒冷和犹大发作，以致将人民从自己的面前赶出。

巴比伦王立约雅斤的叔叔玛探雅代替他作王，给玛探雅改名叫西底家。西底家登基的时候年二十一岁，在耶路撒冷作王十一年。他母亲名叫哈慕他，是立拿人耶利米的女儿。

护卫长拿住大祭司西莱雅、副祭司西番亚，和三个把门的，又从城中拿住一个管理兵丁的官，并在城里所遇常见王面的五个人和检点国民军长的书记，以及城里遇见的国民六十个人。护卫长尼布撒拉旦将这些人带到在利比拉的巴比伦王那里。巴比伦王就把他们击杀在哈马地的利比拉。这样，犹大人被掳去离开本地。

过了一年，尼布甲尼撒差遣人将约雅斤和耶和华殿里各样宝贵的器皿带到巴比伦，就立约雅斤的叔叔西底家作犹大和耶路撒冷的王。西底家登基的时候年二十一岁，在耶路撒冷作王十一年，行耶和华他神眼中看为恶的事。先知耶利米以耶和华的话劝他，他仍不在耶利米面前自卑。尼布甲尼撒曾使他指着神起誓，他却背叛，强项硬心，不归服耶和华以色列的神。

还有他们的弟兄在殿里供职的，共八百二十二名；又有耶罗罕的儿子亚大雅。耶罗罕是毗拉利的儿子；毗拉利是暗洗的儿子；暗洗是撒迦利亚的儿子；撒迦利亚是巴施户珥的儿子；巴施户珥是玛基雅的儿子。

约西亚的长子是约哈难，次子是约雅敬，三子是西底家，四子是沙龙。
