I brought you into a fertile land to eat its fruit and rich produce. But you came and defiled my land and made my inheritance detestable.

But I brought you into a land that has rich soil. I gave you its fruit and its finest food. In spite of that, you made my land impure. You turned it into something I hate.

“ And when I brought you into a fruitful land to enjoy its bounty and goodness, you defiled my land and corrupted the possession I had promised you.

I brought you to a fertile land to eat its fruit and bounty, but after you entered, you defiled my land; you made my inheritance detestable.

For the land that you are entering to take possession of it is not like the land of Egypt, from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and irrigated it, like a garden of vegetables.But the land that you are going over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water by the rain from heaven,a land that the Lord your God cares for. The eyes of the Lord your God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.

Because she took her whoredom lightly, she polluted the land, committing adultery with stone and tree.

“ Son of man, when the house of Israel lived in their own land, they defiled it by their ways and their deeds. Their ways before me were like the uncleanness of a woman in her menstrual impurity.

and said to all the congregation of the people of Israel,“ The land, which we passed through to spy it out, is an exceedingly good land.If the Lord delights in us, he will bring us into this land and give it to us, a land that flows with milk and honey.

And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord, that it may go well with you, and that you may go in and take possession of the good land that the Lord swore to give to your fathers

his body shall not remain all night on the tree, but you shall bury him the same day, for a hanged man is cursed by God. You shall not defile your land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance.
