他們也不追問說：「那領我們從埃及地上來，引導我們經過曠野，經過原野有深坑之地，乾旱漆黑之地，無人經過、無人居住之地的永恆主在哪裏呢？」

彼眾未言導我出埃及之耶和華安在、彼引我歷曠野、沙漠坎阱之區、旱乾死亡之地、無人經行、無人居處之境、

我導斯民、出於埃及、過曠野深坑之地、汲道已絕、陰翳之所、廬舍全無、人蹤罕至、我令此族、入於良田、食其土產、得其嘉物、自是之後、彼乃使我田疇聖業、咸染污衊、深可痛疾、庶民祭司、俱不求予、傳法之師、不識余道、民牧背予、先知託巴力之名而言、所作無益。

彼不求我、不念我曾引之出伊及、導之過曠野沙漠坎阱之地、旱乾幽暗幽暗原文作死陰之地、無人經歷無人居處之地、

They did not ask,‘ Where is the Lord, who brought us up out of Egypt and led us through the barren wilderness, through a land of deserts and ravines, a land of drought and utter darkness, a land where no one travels and no one lives?’

They did not ask,‘ Where is the Lord? He brought us up out of Egypt. He led us through a dry and empty land. He guided us through deserts and deep valleys. It was a land of total darkness where there wasn’t any rain. No one lived or traveled there.’

They did not say,‘ Where is the Lord who brought us up from the land of Egypt, who led us in the wilderness, in a land of deserts and pits, in a land of drought and deep darkness, in a land that none passes through, where no man dwells?’

They did not ask,‘ Where is the Lord who brought us safely out of Egypt and led us through the barren wilderness— a land of deserts and pits, a land of drought and death, where no one lives or even travels?’

They stopped asking,“ Where is the LORD who brought us from the land of Egypt, who led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and ravines, through a land of drought and darkness, a land no one traveled through and where no one lived?”

They did not say,‘ Where is the Lord Who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, Who led us through the wilderness, Through a land of deserts and of pits, Through a land of drought and of deep darkness, Through a land that no one crossed And where no person lived?’

Neither did they say,‘ Where is the Lord, Who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, Who led us through the wilderness, Through a land of deserts and pits, Through a land of drought and the shadow of death, Through a land that no one crossed And where no one dwelt?’

Neither said they, Where is Jehovah that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought and of the shadow of death, through a land that none passed through, and where no man dwelt?

They stopped asking,“ Where is the Lord who brought us from the land of Egypt, who led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and ravines, through a land of drought and darkness, a land no one traveled through and where no one lived?”

Neither said they, Where[ is] the LORD that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought, and of the shadow of death, through a land that no man passed through, and where no man dwelt?

They did not ask:‘ Where is the LORD who delivered us out of Egypt, who brought us through the wilderness, through a land of desert sands and rift valleys, through a land of drought and deep darkness, through a land in which no one travels, and where no one lives?’

They didn’t say,‘ Where is Yahweh who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, who led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought and of the shadow of death, through a land that no one passed through, and where no man lived?’

耶和华遇见他在旷野荒凉野兽吼叫之地，就环绕他，看顾他，保护他，如同保护眼中的瞳人。

“自从你出埃及地以来，我就是耶和华你的神。在我以外，你不可认识别神；除我以外并没有救主。

你就心高气傲，忘记耶和华你的神，就是将你从埃及地为奴之家领出来的，引你经过那大而可怕的旷野，那里有火蛇、蝎子、干旱无水之地。他曾为你使水从坚硬的磐石中流出来，又在旷野将你列祖所不认识的吗哪赐给你吃，是要苦炼你，试验你，叫你终久享福；

那时，他们想起古时的日子，摩西和他百姓，说：“将百姓和牧养他全群的人从海里领上来的在哪里呢？将他的圣灵降在他们中间的在哪里呢？使他荣耀的膀臂在摩西的右手边行动，在他们前面将水分开，要建立自己永远的名，带领他们经过深处，如马行走旷野，使他们不致绊跌的在哪里呢？”

基甸说：“主啊，耶和华若与我们同在，我们何至遭遇这一切事呢？我们的列祖不是向我们说‘耶和华领我们从埃及上来’吗？他那样奇妙的作为在哪里呢？现在他却丢弃我们，将我们交在米甸人手里。”

那坐在黑暗里的百姓看见了大光；坐在死荫之地的人有光发现照着他们。”

耶和华藉先知领以色列从埃及上来；以色列也藉先知而得保存。

我追想古时之日，上古之年。

耶和华晓谕摩西说：“你吩咐以色列人转回，安营在比哈希录前，密夺和海的中间，对着巴力洗分，靠近海边安营。法老必说：‘以色列人在地中绕迷了，旷野把他们困住了。’我要使法老的心刚硬，他要追赶他们，我便在法老和他全军身上得荣耀；埃及人就知道我是耶和华。”于是以色列人这样行了。有人告诉埃及王说：“百姓逃跑。”法老和他的臣仆就向百姓变心，说：“我们容以色列人去，不再服侍我们，这做的是什么事呢？”法老就预备他的车辆，带领军兵同去，并带着六百辆特选的车和埃及所有的车，每辆都有车兵长。耶和华使埃及王法老的心刚硬，他就追赶以色列人，因为以色列人是昂然无惧地出埃及。埃及人追赶他们，法老一切的马匹、车辆、马兵，与军兵就在海边上，靠近比哈希录，对着巴力洗分，在他们安营的地方追上了。法老临近的时候，以色列人举目看见埃及人赶来，就甚惧怕，向耶和华哀求。他们对摩西说：“难道在埃及没有坟地，你把我们带来死在旷野吗？你为什么这样待我们，将我们从埃及领出来呢？我们在埃及岂没有对你说过，不要搅扰我们，容我们服侍埃及人吗？因为服侍埃及人比死在旷野还好。”摩西对百姓说：“不要惧怕，只管站住！看耶和华今天向你们所要施行的救恩。因为，你们今天所看见的埃及人必永远不再看见了。耶和华必为你们争战；你们只管静默，不要作声。”耶和华对摩西说：“你为什么向我哀求呢？你吩咐以色列人往前走。

却无人说：‘造我的神在哪里？他使人夜间歌唱，

并且无人求告你的名；无人奋力抓住你。原来你掩面不顾我们，使我们因罪孽消化。

愿黑暗和死荫索取那日；愿密云停在其上；愿日蚀恐吓它。

他用以利亚身上掉下来的外衣打水，说：“耶和华，以利亚的神在哪里呢？”打水之后，水也左右分开，以利沙就过来了。

“你去向耶路撒冷人的耳中喊叫说，耶和华如此说：‘你幼年的恩爱，婚姻的爱情，你怎样在旷野，在未曾耕种之地跟随我，我都记得。

其中的人虽然指着永生的耶和华起誓，所起的誓实在是假的。”

他们在一切苦难中，他也同受苦难；并且他面前的使者拯救他们；他以慈爱和怜悯救赎他们；在古时的日子常保抱他们，怀搋他们。

祭司都不说：‘耶和华在哪里呢？’传讲律法的都不认识我。官长违背我；先知藉巴力说预言，随从无益的神。”

我虽然行过死荫的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因为你与我同在；你的杖，你的竿，都安慰我。
