彼眾未言導我出埃及之耶和華安在、彼引我歷曠野、沙漠坎阱之區、旱乾死亡之地、無人經行、無人居處之境、

我導斯民、出於埃及、過曠野深坑之地、汲道已絕、陰翳之所、廬舍全無、人蹤罕至、我令此族、入於良田、食其土產、得其嘉物、自是之後、彼乃使我田疇聖業、咸染污衊、深可痛疾、庶民祭司、俱不求予、傳法之師、不識余道、民牧背予、先知託巴力之名而言、所作無益。

彼不求我、不念我曾引之出伊及、導之過曠野沙漠坎阱之地、旱乾幽暗幽暗原文作死陰之地、無人經歷無人居處之地、

They did not ask,‘ Where is the Lord, who brought us up out of Egypt and led us through the barren wilderness, through a land of deserts and ravines, a land of drought and utter darkness, a land where no one travels and no one lives?’

They did not ask,‘ Where is the Lord? He brought us up out of Egypt. He led us through a dry and empty land. He guided us through deserts and deep valleys. It was a land of total darkness where there wasn’t any rain. No one lived or traveled there.’

They did not say,‘ Where is the Lord who brought us up from the land of Egypt, who led us in the wilderness, in a land of deserts and pits, in a land of drought and deep darkness, in a land that none passes through, where no man dwells?’

They did not ask,‘ Where is the Lord who brought us safely out of Egypt and led us through the barren wilderness— a land of deserts and pits, a land of drought and death, where no one lives or even travels?’

They stopped asking,“ Where is the LORD who brought us from the land of Egypt, who led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and ravines, through a land of drought and darkness, a land no one traveled through and where no one lived?”

They did not say,‘ Where is the Lord Who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, Who led us through the wilderness, Through a land of deserts and of pits, Through a land of drought and of deep darkness, Through a land that no one crossed And where no person lived?’

Neither did they say,‘ Where is the Lord, Who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, Who led us through the wilderness, Through a land of deserts and pits, Through a land of drought and the shadow of death, Through a land that no one crossed And where no one dwelt?’

Neither said they, Where is Jehovah that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought and of the shadow of death, through a land that none passed through, and where no man dwelt?

They stopped asking,“ Where is the Lord who brought us from the land of Egypt, who led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and ravines, through a land of drought and darkness, a land no one traveled through and where no one lived?”

Neither said they, Where[ is] the LORD that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, that led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought, and of the shadow of death, through a land that no man passed through, and where no man dwelt?

They did not ask:‘ Where is the LORD who delivered us out of Egypt, who brought us through the wilderness, through a land of desert sands and rift valleys, through a land of drought and deep darkness, through a land in which no one travels, and where no one lives?’

They didn’t say,‘ Where is Yahweh who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, who led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought and of the shadow of death, through a land that no one passed through, and where no man lived?’

耶和華在曠野之地遇見了他，在荒涼之地和野獸吼叫的荒野，遇見了他，就環繞他，看顧他，保護他，好像保護自己眼中的瞳人一樣。

“自從你出埃及地以來，我就是耶和華你的神。除我以外，你不可承認別的神；除我以外，再沒有拯救者。

那時，你就心高氣傲，忘記了耶和華你的神，就是把你從埃及地，從為奴之家領出來的那一位。他引導你走過那大而可畏的曠野，那裡有火蛇，有蠍子，有乾旱無水之地；他曾經為你使水從堅硬的磐石中流出來。他在曠野把你的列祖不認識的嗎哪賜給你吃，是要使你受苦，要試煉你，使你終久得到福樂；

那時，他們想起古時的日子，就是摩西和他的人民的日子，說：那把人民和他羊群的牧者從海裡領上來的，在哪裡呢？那把自己的聖靈降在他們中間的，在哪裡呢？那使自己榮耀的膀臂在摩西的右邊行走，那在他們面前把水分開，為要建立永遠的名的，他在哪裡呢？那帶領他們走過深海，像馬走過曠野一樣，使他們不致跌倒的，在哪裡呢？

基甸回答他，說：“唉，我的主，如果耶和華與我們同在，我們怎會遭遇這一切事呢？我們的列祖向我們講述的，耶和華的一切奇事在哪裡呢？他們曾說：‘耶和華不是把我們從埃及領上來嗎？’現在他卻拋棄了我們，把我們交在米甸人手中！”

住在黑暗中的人民，看見了大光；死亡幽暗之地的居民，有光照亮他們。”

後來，耶和華藉著一位先知把以色列從埃及領上來，也藉著一位先知，以色列得蒙看顧。

我回想過往的日子，上古的年代；

耶和華告訴摩西說：“你要吩咐以色列人轉回過來，在比．哈希錄前，密奪和海之間安營；你們要在巴力．洗分前，對著巴力．洗分，靠近海邊的地方安營。法老必論到以色列人的事，說：‘他們在這地走迷了路，曠野把他們困住了。’我要使法老的心剛硬，他就必追趕他們；這樣，我就可以在法老身上和他的全軍身上得到榮耀，埃及人就必知道我是耶和華。”於是以色列人就這樣行了。有人告訴埃及王說：“以色列人逃走了。”法老和他的臣僕對以色列人的心就改變了，他們說：“我們讓以色列人離開，不再服事我們，我們作了甚麼事呢？”法老就預備他的馬車，帶著他的人民一同去，並且帶著六百輛特選的馬車和埃及所有的馬車，每輛馬車上都有馬車長。耶和華使埃及王法老的心剛硬，法老就追趕以色列人；因為以色列人是靠著耶和華高舉的手出來的。埃及人追趕他們，法老所有的馬匹、戰車和他的馬兵與軍隊，就在海邊，靠近比．哈希錄，對著巴力．洗分他們安營的地方追上了他們。法老走近的時候，以色列人舉目觀看，看見埃及人正追趕過來，就非常懼怕，向耶和華呼求。他們對摩西說：“難道埃及沒有墳墓，你要把我們帶來死在曠野嗎？你為甚麼這樣待我們，把我們從埃及領出來呢？我們在埃及的時候，不是對你說過：‘不要管我們，我們要服事埃及人’這話嗎？因為服事埃及人比死在曠野還好。”摩西對人民說：“不要懼怕，要站著，觀看耶和華今天為你們施行的拯救；因為你們今天看見的埃及人，必永遠不再看見了。耶和華必為你們爭戰，你們必須安靜，不要作聲。”耶和華對摩西說：“你為甚麼向我呼求呢？吩咐以色列人往前走。

卻沒有說：‘神我的創造主在哪裡呢？他使人在夜間歌唱。

沒有人呼求你的名，沒有人奮起抓著你；因為你掩面不顧我們，使我們在自己罪孽的權勢下融化。

願黑暗與死蔭索討那日，願密雲停留在上面，願白天的昏黑驚嚇它。

在去而不返之前，可以喜樂片刻；那地黑暗，如死蔭的幽暗，毫無秩序，即使有光也像幽暗。”

他拿著從以利亞身上掉下來的外衣，擊打河水，說：“耶和華以利亞的神在哪裡呢？”他一擊打河水，河水就左右分開，以利沙就走過去了。

“你去在耶路撒冷人的耳中呼叫，說：‘耶和華這樣說：你年輕時的恩愛，新婚時的愛情，你怎樣在曠野、在未曾耕種之地跟從我，我都記得。

城裡的人雖然指著永活的耶和華起誓，其實，他們起的誓是假的。”

他不再是敵對者，並且他面前的使者拯救了他們。他以自己的愛和憐憫救贖了他們；在古時的一切日子，他背負他們，懷抱他們。

眾祭司都不問：‘耶和華在哪裡？’律法師不認識我，官長悖逆我，先知奉巴力的名說預言，跟從那無益的偶像。

我雖然行過死蔭的山谷，也不怕遭受傷害，因為你與我同在；你的杖你的竿都安慰我。
