斯世之人歟、當明耶和華之言、我於以色列族、豈為幽曠之野、杳冥之域乎、我民奚曰、我已放縱、不復詣爾、

这世代的人哪，你们要看明耶和华的话。我岂向以色列作旷野呢？或作幽暗之地呢？我的百姓为何说：‘我们脱离约束，再不归向你了’？

這世代的人哪！你們要注意耶和華的話：‘對以色列人來說，難道我是曠野，或是黑暗的地方？我的子民為甚麼說：我們自由了，不再到你那裡去了？

但你們呢，這世代的人哪，你們要看明白永恆主的話。難道我對以色列竟成了曠野？或是極幽暗之地？我的人民為甚麼說：「我們漫遊無拘了；我們再也不來歸你了」？

斯世之人、宜聽我言、我眷佑以色列族、詎若幽曠之野、杳冥之域哉。何以我民放縱、不肯詣予。

爾曹斯代之人、當聽我言、我於以色列人、豈曾如曠野、豈曾如幽暗之地乎、我民何故言曰、我欲離約束自由、我欲離約束自由或作我欲飄流不復歸爾、

“ You of this generation, consider the word of the Lord:“ Have I been a desert to Israel or a land of great darkness? Why do my people say,‘ We are free to roam; we will come to you no more’?

“ You who are now living, consider my message. I am saying,“ Have I been like a desert to Israel? Have I been like a land of deep darkness? Why do my people say,‘ We are free to wander. We won’t come to you anymore’?

And you, O generation, behold the word of the Lord. Have I been a wilderness to Israel, or a land of thick darkness? Why then do my people say,‘ We are free, we will come no more to you’?

“ O my people, listen to the words of the Lord! Have I been like a desert to Israel? Have I been to them a land of darkness? Why then do my people say,‘ At last we are free from God! We don’t need him anymore!’

Evil generation, pay attention to the word of the LORD! Have I been a wilderness to Israel or a land of dense darkness? Why do my people claim,“ We will go where we want; we will no longer come to you”?

You generation, look to the word of the Lord. Have I been a wilderness to Israel, Or a land of thick darkness? Why do My people say,‘ We are free to roam; We will no longer come to You’?

O generation, see ye the word of Jehovah. Have I been a wilderness unto Israel? or a land of thick darkness? wherefore say my people, We are broken loose; we will come no more unto thee?

O generation, see ye the word of the LORD. Have I been a wilderness unto Israel? a land of darkness? wherefore say my people, We are lords; we will come no more unto thee?

耶書崙豐肥而奔踶、碩大而光澤、乃違離造之之上帝、藐視救之之磐石、

猶大王烏西亞、以色列王約阿施子耶羅波安時、地震前二年、提哥亞牧人中、阿摩司得啟示、論以色列之言、○

恐我飽飫、而不識爾、謂耶和華為誰、或貧乏而行竊、褻瀆我上帝之名、○

斯民得食而飽、飽則心驕、而忘乎我、

爾已飽足、已富有、外乎我而秉權、我誠願之、俾我偕爾秉權、

我所誓許其祖流乳與蜜之地、既導之入、彼得飽食、身體豐肥、斯時也、彼轉從他神、藐視乎我、背我之約、

恐爾飽食、華屋而居、牛羊蕃滋、金銀增益、所有之物、既豐且盛、心遂高傲、忘爾上帝耶和華、導爾出埃及、脫於奴隸之室、

惡者其容驕矜、謂耶和華必不究斥、意中絕無上帝兮、

我知爾諸行、乃不寒不熱、我願爾或寒或熱、爾既為溫、不熱不寒、我必吐爾出諸口、蓋爾云、我富矣、已獲富有而無所需矣、不知爾乃困苦、堪悲、貧乏、瞽目、裸體、

耶和華曰、爾祖視我有何不義、而遐棄我、從事虛無、成為虛妄乎、彼眾未言導我出埃及之耶和華安在、彼引我歷曠野、沙漠坎阱之區、旱乾死亡之地、無人經行、無人居處之境、

拿單謂大衛曰、爾即其人也、以色列之上帝耶和華云、我膏爾為以色列王、援爾於掃羅手、以爾主之家業賜爾、以爾主之妻室付於爾懷、以以色列及猶大家畀爾、若以為寡、我必有以加之、爾何藐視耶和華命、行其所惡、藉亞捫族之刃、擊殺赫人烏利亞、而取其妻為妻、

撒督家祭司長亞撒利雅對曰、自民始獻禮物、入耶和華室、我儕恆得足食、多有盈餘、蓋耶和華錫嘏其民、所餘即此積也、

耶和華之聲、向斯邑而呼、智者必寅畏其名、其聽厥杖、而知為誰所定、

彼曰、我舌獲勝、口為我有、誰為我主兮、

爾受詛矣、蓋舉國行竊於我也、萬軍之耶和華曰、其輸什一、悉歸府庫、俾我室中有糧、以此試我、是否為爾啟天之牖、傾福於爾、無地可容、我將為爾責吞噬者、俾不壞爾土產、爾田間之葡萄、不先期而隕、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、

我未嘗言於隱密幽暗之處、未嘗謂雅各子孫曰、爾尋求我、乃徒然也、我耶和華言公義、宣中正、

歷四十年、爾養之於野、無所匱乏、厥衣不敝、厥足不腫、爾以列國諸族之土、分賜於彼、遂據西宏之地、希實本王之國、巴珊王噩之邦、爾使其裔繁衍、如天星之多、導至所諭其祖必入而據之地、既入據之、爾於其前、敗斯土居民迦南人、以民與王付於其手、任意而待、遂取鞏固之城、膏腴之壤、得獲充以嘉物之宅、鑿成之井、葡萄園、橄欖園、結實之樹甚多、食之果腹軀體豐肥、賴爾鴻恩而樂、

彼追情人而不及、尋之而不遇、則曰、我將歸我故夫、彼日之況、較今日尤美也、彼不知五穀酒油、皆我所賜、增其金銀、而彼用以奉巴力、
