耶和華又曰、時日將至、人必不復以陀法便欣嫩谷名斯土、而以殺戮稱之。

緣此主云、時日將至、斯處不復稱為陀斐特便欣嫩谷、必稱為殺戮谷、

So beware, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when people will no longer call this place Topheth or the Valley of Ben Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter.

and you are to proclaim to them,‘ This is what the LORD of Armies says: I will shatter these people and this city, like one shatters a potter’s jar that can never again be mended. They will bury the dead in Topheth because there is no other place for burials.

Topheth will become a cemetery, because there will be no other burial place.The corpses of these people will become food for the birds of the sky and for the wild animals of the land, with no one to scare them away.
