並對他們說：‘萬軍之耶和華這樣說：我必照樣打碎這人民和這城，好像人打碎陶匠的瓦器一樣，不能再修補。人必在陀斐特埋葬屍體，甚至無處可埋葬。

對他們說：「萬軍之永恆主這麼說：我必照樣破毁這人民和這城，正如人摔破窰匠的瓦器一樣，是不能再補好的。人必在陀斐特埋葬死人，因為別處沒有地方埋葬。

告之曰、萬軍之耶和華云、我必如是毀斯民斯邑、若人毀陶人之器、不能復完、人必葬屍於陀斐特、致無隙地、

告眾曰、萬有之主耶和華曰、我必毀此邑民、猶毀陶器、不能復完、死者既眾、無地可埋、咸葬於陀法、

告之曰、萬有之主如是云、我必毀此民與此邑、如毀陶人之器、不能復完、死者既眾、無地可埋、必埋於陀斐特、

and say to them,‘ This is what the Lord Almighty says: I will smash this nation and this city just as this potter’s jar is smashed and cannot be repaired. They will bury the dead in Topheth until there is no more room.

Tell them,‘ Here is what the Lord who rules over all says.“ This potter’s jar is smashed and can’t be repaired. And I will smash this nation and this city. People will bury their dead in Topheth. But they will run out of room.

and shall say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts: So will I break this people and this city, as one breaks a potter’s vessel, so that it can never be mended. Men shall bury in Topheth because there will be no place else to bury.

Then say to them,‘ This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: As this jar lies shattered, so I will shatter the people of Judah and Jerusalem beyond all hope of repair. They will bury the bodies here in Topheth, the garbage dump, until there is no more room for them.

and you are to proclaim to them,‘ This is what the LORD of Armies says: I will shatter these people and this city, like one shatters a potter’s jar that can never again be mended. They will bury the dead in Topheth because there is no other place for burials.

and say to them,‘ This is what the Lord of armies says:“ To the same extent I will break this people and this city, just as one breaks a potter’s vessel, which cannot again be repaired; and they will bury their dead in Topheth, because there is no other place for burial.

and say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord of hosts:“ Even so I will break this people and this city, as one breaks a potter’s vessel, which cannot be made whole again; and they shall bury them in Tophet till there is no place to bury.

and shalt say unto them, Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Even so will I break this people and this city, as one breaketh a potter’s vessel, that cannot be made whole again; and they shall bury in Topheth, till there be no place to bury.

And shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Even so will I break this people and this city, as[ one] breaketh a potter’s vessel, that cannot be made whole again: and they shall bury[ them] in Tophet, till[ there be] no place to bury.

Tell them the LORD who rules over all says,‘ I will do just as Jeremiah has done. I will smash this nation and this city as though it were a potter’s vessel which is broken beyond repair. The dead will be buried here in Topheth until there is no more room to bury them.’

and shall tell them,‘ Yahweh of Armies says:“ Even so I will break this people and this city, as one breaks a potter’s vessel, that can’t be made whole again. They will bury in Topheth, until there is no place to bury.

你必用鐵杖擊打他們，好像打碎陶器一樣粉碎他們。’”

它的倒塌好像窰匠的瓦器破碎一般，毫不顧惜被徹底粉碎，甚至在碎塊中找不到一塊，可以用來從爐裡取火，或從池中舀水。”

錫安尊貴的眾民，本來和精金一樣貴重；現在怎麼竟被看為瓦器，好像陶匠手中所作的呢？

他必用鐵杖治理他們，好像打碎陶器一樣粉碎他們，（“我必把……粉碎他們”引自詩2:8~9）好像我從父領受了權柄一樣；

我要使他們彼此碰撞，連父子也要互相碰撞；我必不愛惜、不可憐，也不憐憫他們，我必把他們滅絕。’”這是耶和華的宣告。

因此，看哪！日子快到，這地方必不再稱為陀斐特或欣嫩子谷，而要稱為殺戮谷。’這是耶和華的宣告。

“他們在欣嫩子谷中，建造了陀斐特的邱壇，用火焚燒自己的兒女；這不是我吩咐的，我也沒有在心裡想過。因此，看哪！日子快到，人必不再稱這地方為陀斐特或欣嫩子谷，卻要稱它為‘殺戮谷’；人必在陀斐特埋葬屍體，甚至無處可容。”這是耶和華的宣告。
