“以色列家啊！难道我不能待你们像这陶匠所作的一样吗？”这是耶和华的宣告。“看哪！泥在陶匠的手中怎样，以色列家啊！你们在我的手中也必怎样。

那与他的创造主争论的，有祸了！他不过是地上瓦片中的一片瓦片，泥土能对陶匠说：‘你在作什么？’或你所作成的说：‘他没有手’吗？
