Listen to me, Lord; hear what my accusers are saying!

Lord, please listen to me! Hear what my enemies are saying about me!

Hear me, O Lord, and listen to the voice of my adversaries.

Lord, hear me and help me! Listen to what my enemies are saying.

Then I said,“ LORD, pay attention to me. Listen to what my enemies are saying.

Give heed to me, Yahweh, and listen to the voice of those who contend with me.

For they all would have made us afraid, saying, Their hands shall be weakened from the work, that it be not done. But now, O God, strengthen thou my hands.

Let them curse, but bless thou: When they arise, they shall be put to shame, But thy servant shall rejoice.

But, O Jehovah of hosts, that triest the righteous, that seest the heart and the mind, let me see thy vengeance on them; for unto thee have I revealed my cause.

As for me, I will call upon God; And Jehovah will save me.Evening, and morning, and at noonday, will I complain, and moan; And he will hear my voice.

Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, Jehovah will be a light unto me.

But they were filled with madness; and communed one with another what they might do to Jesus.And it came to pass in these days, that he went out into the mountain to pray; and he continued all night in prayer to God.

For my love they are my adversaries: But I give myself unto prayer.

Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint: Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.Hide me from the secret counsel of evil- doers, From the tumult of the workers of iniquity;Who have whet their tongue like a sword, And have aimed their arrows, even bitter words,That they may shoot in secret places at the perfect: Suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.

Incline thine ear, O Jehovah, and hear; open thine eyes, O Jehovah, and see; and hear the words of Sennacherib, wherewith he hath sent him to defy the living God.

Hear, O our God; for we are despised: and turn back their reproach upon their own head, and give them up for a spoil in a land of captivity;and cover not their iniquity, and let not their sin be blotted out from before thee; for they have provoked thee to anger before the builders.

Be merciful unto me, O God; for man would swallow me up: All the day long he fighting oppresseth me.Mine enemies would swallow me up all the day long; For they are many that fight proudly against me.What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in thee.
