他们却说，‘不！我们喜欢随心所欲，为所欲为。’”

他们却说：‘没用的！我们要随着自己的计划而行，各人要按着自己顽梗的恶心行事。’”

「他們卻說：『這是枉然。我們要照自己的計謀去行。』各人隨自己頑梗的惡心做事。」

「他們卻說：『沒有用的，我們要照自己的計謀去行，各人要隨自己頑梗的惡心行事。』」

「他們卻說：『沒有用的，我們要照自己的計謀去行，各人要隨自己頑梗的惡心行事。』」

他們卻說：‘沒用的！我們要隨著自己的計劃而行，各人要按著自己頑梗的惡心行事。’”

『但他們卻說：「別夢想啦！我們要隨着自己的計畫而行；我們各人要實行自己頑強之壞心思。」

惟彼曰、無望也、我必從己所謀、各徇惡心之剛愎而行、○

彼曰、毋容勸我、我必從心所欲、任意作惡、

彼曰、勸我徒然、我必從心所欲、任意作惡、剛愎自用、

But they will reply,‘ It’s no use. We will continue with our own plans; we will all follow the stubbornness of our evil hearts.’”

But they will reply,‘ It’s no use. We will continue to do what we’ve already planned. All of us will do what our stubborn and evil hearts want us to do.’ ”

“ But they say,‘ That is in vain! We will follow our own plans, and will every one act according to the stubbornness of his evil heart.’

But the people replied,“ Don’t waste your breath. We will continue to live as we want to, stubbornly following our own evil desires.”

But they will say,‘ It’s hopeless. We will continue to follow our plans, and each of us will continue to act according to the stubbornness of his evil heart.’”

But they will say,‘ It’s hopeless! For we are going to follow our own plans, and each of us will persist in the stubbornness of his evil heart.’

And they said,“ That is hopeless! So we will walk according to our own plans, and we will every one obey the dictates of his evil heart.”

But they say, It is in vain; for we will walk after our own devices, and we will do every one after the stubbornness of his evil heart.

But they will say,‘ It’s hopeless. We will continue to follow our plans, and each of us will continue to act according to the stubbornness of his evil heart.’”

And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.

But they just keep saying,‘ We do not care what you say! We will do whatever we want to do! We will continue to behave wickedly and stubbornly!’”

But they say,‘ It is in vain; for we will walk after our own plans, and we will each follow the stubbornness of his evil heart.’”

我說，『不要因追隨假神而跑破鞋子，喉嚨乾渴。』你卻說，『不行！我愛外族的神明，一定要跟隨他們。』

免得有人聽了這誓言後，心存僥倖地說，『即使我一意孤行，連累他人，也必平安無事。』

他們卻掩耳不聽，一意孤行，任意行惡，越來越壞。

雖然遙遠的路途使你們疲倦，你們卻從不放棄。你們找到了新的力量，所以沒有暈倒。

可是，你們的行為比他們更邪惡，一意孤行，不聽從我。

那時，耶路撒冷會被稱為『耶和華的寶座』，萬國都要聚集在耶路撒冷敬拜耶和華，不再執迷不悟地作惡。

因為從裡面，就是從人的心裡能夠生出惡念、苟合、偷盜、謀殺、通姦、貪婪、邪惡、詭詐、放蕩、嫉妒、毀謗、驕傲、狂妄。

耶和華對我說：「人子啊，這些骸骨就是所有的以色列人，他們說，『我們骨頭枯乾，希望幻滅，徹底完了。』

耶和華聞到這燔祭的馨香，心想：「雖然人從小就心存惡念，但我再不會因為人的緣故而咒詛大地，再不會毀滅一切生靈。

然而，他們卻不聽不理，人人憑自己頑固的惡念行事。因此，我要使約中的一切咒詛臨到他們，因為我吩咐他們遵守這約，他們卻拒絕遵守。」

他們不斷對藐視我的人說，『耶和華說你們必安享太平。』他們對那些執迷不悟的人說，『災禍不會降到你們身上。』

話音未落，使者已經到了，說：「既然這禍是從耶和華來的，我何必再仰望祂呢？」

祂伸出臂膀，施展大能，驅散心驕氣傲的人。

但我們必照所許的願向天后燒香奠酒，正如我們和我們的祖先、君王和官長在猶大各城和耶路撒冷街上所做的一樣。那時，我們食物充足，生活幸福，無災無禍。

耶和華看見人罪惡深重，心中終日思想惡事，
