Thus says the Lord:“ Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the Sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem;

耶和华如此说：你们要谨慎，不要在安息日担什么担子进入耶路撒冷的各门；

永恆主這麼說：為了自己性命的緣故、你們要謹慎，不可在安息之日挑甚麼擔子，或帶進耶路撒冷的各門。

耶和華曰、爾其慎旃、於安息日、毋荷擔以入耶路撒冷門、

耶和華曰、爾當謹恪、安息日勿負荷入耶路撒冷邑門。

主如是云、爾當謹恪、安息日勿負荷入耶路撒冷邑門、

This is what the Lord says: Be careful not to carry a load on the Sabbath day or bring it through the gates of Jerusalem.

The Lord says,“ Make sure you do not carry a load on the Sabbath day. Do not bring it through the gates of Jerusalem.

Thus says the Lord: Take care for the sake of your lives, and do not bear a burden on the Sabbath day or bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem.

This is what the Lord says: Listen to my warning! Stop carrying on your trade at Jerusalem’s gates on the Sabbath day.

This is what the LORD says: Watch yourselves; do not pick up a load and bring it in through Jerusalem’s gates on the Sabbath day.

This is what the Lord says:“ Take care for yourselves, and do not carry any load on the Sabbath day or bring anything in through the gates of Jerusalem.

Thus saith Jehovah, Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem;

The LORD says,‘ Be very careful if you value your lives! Do not carry any loads in through the gates of Jerusalem on the Sabbath day.

Yahweh says,“ Be careful, and bear no burden on the Sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem.

Now while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.They put him under guard, because it had not been explained what should be done to him.Then the Lord said to Moses,“ The man must surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.”So, as the Lord commanded Moses, all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died.

In those days I saw people in Judah treading wine presses on the Sabbath, and bringing in sheaves, and loading donkeys with wine, grapes, figs, and all kinds of burdens, which they brought into Jerusalem on the Sabbath day. And I warned them about the day on which they were selling provisions.Men of Tyre dwelt there also, who brought in fish and all kinds of goods, and sold them on the Sabbath to the children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.Then I contended with the nobles of Judah, and said to them,“ What evil thing is this that you do, by which you profane the Sabbath day?Did not your fathers do thus, and did not our God bring all this disaster on us and on this city? Yet you bring added wrath on Israel by profaning the Sabbath.”So it was, at the gates of Jerusalem, as it began to be dark before the Sabbath, that I commanded the gates to be shut, and charged that they must not be opened till after the Sabbath. Then I posted some of my servants at the gates, so that no burdens would be brought in on the Sabbath day.Now the merchants and sellers of all kinds of wares lodged outside Jerusalem once or twice.Then I warned them, and said to them,“ Why do you spend the night around the wall? If you do so again, I will lay hands on you!” From that time on they came no more on the Sabbath.

Then He said to them,“ Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given.

Only take heed to yourself, and diligently keep yourself, lest you forget the things your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. And teach them to your children and your grandchildren,

Take heed to yourselves, lest you forget the covenant of the Lord your God which He made with you, and make for yourselves a carved image in the form of anything which the Lord your God has forbidden you.

“ Take careful heed to yourselves, for you saw no form when the Lord spoke to you at Horeb out of the midst of the fire,

And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. And that day was the Sabbath.The Jews therefore said to him who was cured,“ It is the Sabbath; it is not lawful for you to carry your bed.”He answered them,“ He who made me well said to me,‘ Take up your bed and walk.’”Then they asked him,“ Who is the Man who said to you,‘ Take up your bed and walk’?”

nor carry a burden out of your houses on the Sabbath day, nor do any work, but hallow the Sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers.But they did not obey nor incline their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear nor receive instruction.“ And it shall be, if you heed Me carefully,” says the Lord,“ to bring no burden through the gates of this city on the Sabbath day, but hallow the Sabbath day, to do no work in it,then shall enter the gates of this city kings and princes sitting on the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they and their princes, accompanied by the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and this city shall remain forever.And they shall come from the cities of Judah and from the places around Jerusalem, from the land of Benjamin and from the lowland, from the mountains and from the South, bringing burnt offerings and sacrifices, grain offerings and incense, bringing sacrifices of praise to the house of the Lord.“ But if you will not heed Me to hallow the Sabbath day, such as not carrying a burden when entering the gates of Jerusalem on the Sabbath day, then I will kindle a fire in its gates, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.”’”

Therefore take careful heed to yourselves, that you love the Lord your God.

Therefore take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given; and whoever does not have, even what he seems to have will be taken from him.”

looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled;lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright.

Take heed to yourselves, lest your heart be deceived, and you turn aside and serve other gods and worship them,

Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.

Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away.For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward,how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him,

Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.
