貸人以金、重權子母、以益其財者、所積之金、必為濟貧之人所得。

誠慤之人、永膺多福、急圖富有、必召禍災。

貪貨利者無家室之安、惡苞苴者得生命之樂。

上帝曰、無知者乎、今夜將索爾魂、則所備者誰歸、

非義而求利、猶捕影而不得、適以取死。

惟爾縱心目之欲、貪婪不已、強據虐遇、而殺無辜。

曠觀天下之人、深可憫惜、積貯貨財、自取其害、既遭患難、貨財俱失、雖有子孫、無業可遺。蓋裸而出世、必裸而歸土、所勤勞而得者、毫不能攜。良可憫也、其入世若是、其逝世亦若是、捕風無益、徒勞而已。

我萬有之主耶和華曰、當秉公義、矜憫為懷、相待以仁、孤寡賓旅貧乏、俱勿虐遇、友朋之間、勿相謀害、惟彼不從、強項難馴、掩耳不聽、剛愎厥心、同於鐵石、不聽法度、我耶和華、以我神感古先知、遣之告眾、惟彼不聽、故我萬有之主耶和華、震怒特甚。萬有之主耶和華曰、昔我諭眾、眾不聽從、今眾籲我、我亦不聽、

斯民偃息在床、猶謀不軌、迨至黎明、凡力可以勝、則無不為、其禍必不遠矣。彼貪人田廬、而強據之、人與第宅、及凡所有、俱遭暴虐、

當斯之時、凡行不及踰閾、強據是為、誑辭是尚、以其所得、藏於主人之室者、必降以罰。

所視無非惡色、獲罪不已、厥必常貪、信道不篤者、為其所惑、如此之人、可以咒詛、

專務虛誕者、財以之而耗、勤事服勞者、貨以之而聚。

暴虐妄作、中年短折、陷於坎阱、上帝使然、予惟上帝是賴兮。

人以非義之利、建造宅第、用人之力、不償其工者、禍必不遠、

貪婪之人、惟圖富有、不知貧乏將至。

斯眾必作歌以譏刺、曰、他人之財、充積爾家、質當之物、盡歸爾身、久而不償、禍必不遠、困爾者勃興、撼爾者亟起、攘奪爾之所有、因爾刧掠邦國、不可勝數、殺人強據、害諸邑民、故其餘民、亦將取爾之所藏、爾貪不義之利、以富其家、營巢甚高、求免災害、禍必不遠、爾謀不軌、殲滅眾民、自取罪戾、貽羞家庭、壁中之石將呼、屋巔之梁將應、以訟爾罪、爾殺戮人、強奪人、以構城邑、禍必不遠、

萬有之主耶和華曰、我出此卷、使入盜竊者之宅、又入指我名而妄誓者之宅、恆居其中、燬其木石、

金銀黯敗、其黯為證、若火之燃、災及其身、蓋爾所積、必見鞫於末日、穫爾田之傭、不給其值、則籲呼升聞於萬有之主、爾處世、樂宴樂、縱淫佚、以快心志、猶牲牷肥腯、以待宰割、

籠之有鳥、以誘飛禽、斯民中藏偽詐、以致巨富、亦若是。體則肥胖、容有光華、作惡勝於尋常、孤貧被控不為折中。

受賄以殺人、取利追索、棄我耶和華。爾貪非義之利、草菅人命、我見之憤恨鼓掌。

我民之婦有美宅、為爾所逐、我賜其子以麗服、為爾所褫、

命曰、維彼惡人、斗筲甚小、以弋貨財、藏於其室、我深痛疾、權衡之法、不秉其公、偽作秤錘、陰藏囊橐、烏得無罪、富者專行強據、邑中庶民、互相欺誑、鼓舌妄言、

何世之人、乃設網以自罹、設伏以取戾乎。凡貪非義之利而亡身者、亦若是矣。

萬有之主耶和華曰、我必涖臨、降災於爾、凡巫覡行淫之子、妄誓之輩、奪傭人之值、虐遇孤寡、使賓旅不得伸其枉屈、而不敬畏我者、必速降以罰。

以法蓮為商賈、權衡不公、虐取人財為悅、自稱富有、以為所得之貨財、由於勤勞、未嘗蹈於罪戾、

長於作惡、牧伯士師、俱索賄賂、大人所謀不軌、黨同為非、

毋注目浮榮、蓋貨財之去、速如鷹飛、鼓翼而沖天。

爾之君長悖逆乎我、與盜為侶、好賄賂、納苞苴、孤子嫠婦、不伸其冤。我耶和華宰萬有、為以色列族有能之主、今頒斯詔、必報予仇讎、雪予忿怒、

彼為非義之利、傳不宜之教、覆人家室、若此者、必辯折之、使無辭可對、

偽善之士子、𠵽唎㘔人、其有禍乎、以爾當人前閉天國、爾自不進、而將進者、爾不許、

彼取人財、以巧言鬻爾、上帝預定、不久必鞫之、使彼速沉淪、

貧者所有、爾尚貪之、使窮乏之民、俱就渝亡、今聽我言、爾常言月朔安息日、何不速過、則可糶穀市麥、升斗則欲其小、權衡則欲其重、以是欺人、以金市窮民、以履易貧者、以朽穀鬻於人。

無智之君、多行暴虐、能絶嗜欲、可得永生。

苟圖富有、陷誘惑、罹羅網、溺於無理有害之欲、終必沉淪、
