厥首盡髠、厥鬚盡薙、手受割、腰束麻、

我又聞彼諭其餘者曰、爾曹踵其後、巡邑擊殺、爾目勿顧惜之、勿加矜憫、老者少者、處子孩提婦女、盡行殺戮、惟有印誌者勿近之、自我聖所為始、遂自室前之老者始焉、

耶路撒冷民歟、當剪髮而擲之、舉哀於荒邱、蓋耶和華怒斯世、而棄之矣、

故一日之間、耶和華斷以色列之首尾、椶枝與蘆葦、長者尊者、首也、傳妄語之先知、尾也、導民者誘入迷途、受導者淪胥以亡、故主不悅其丁男、不恤其孤寡、因皆褻慢作惡、眾口言妄、然其怒未息、其手尚伸焉、○

皆遘厲疾而死、無人哀哭、不得瘞埋、將於地上、同乎糞土、見滅於鋒刃饑饉、其尸為飛鳥野獸所食、

爾則曰、耶和華云、我必使居斯土之眾、即坐大衛位之列王、與祭司先知、暨耶路撒冷居民、盡皆沈醉、

蓋耶和華出令、巨室被擊而碎、小屋亦遭殘破、

我見死者尊與卑均立座前、諸書遂展、又有他書展焉、即維生之書也、死者依其行、如書所載而被鞫、
