Yahweh, my strength, and my stronghold, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the nations will come to you from the ends of the earth, and will say,“ Our fathers have inherited nothing but lies, vanity and things in which there is no profit.

耶和華歟、爾為我力、我之保障、我難中之避所、列邦必自地極而至、曰、我祖所承者、莫非妄誕虛偽無益之物、

耶利米曰耶和華與、爾施大力、以捍衛予、我罹患難、爾拯救予、異邦人自地極將至、告曰、我祖所崇事者、誕妄無益。

先知曰、主歟、主賜我以力、護我如鞏固之城、我遇難之日、就主蒙庇、異邦人自地極而來、歸誠於主、曰、我祖所承受於古、皆浮偽虛無、毫無裨益、

Lord, my strength and my fortress, my refuge in time of distress, to you the nations will come from the ends of the earth and say,“ Our ancestors possessed nothing but false gods, worthless idols that did them no good.

Lord, you give me strength. You are like a fort to me. When I’m in trouble, I go to you for safety. The nations will come to you from one end of the earth to the other. They will gather together and say,“ Our people of long ago didn’t own anything except statues of gods. The statues were worthless. They didn’t do them any good.

O Lord, my strength and my stronghold, my refuge in the day of trouble, to you shall the nations come from the ends of the earth and say:“ Our fathers have inherited nothing but lies, worthless things in which there is no profit.

Lord, you are my strength and fortress, my refuge in the day of trouble! Nations from around the world will come to you and say,“ Our ancestors left us a foolish heritage, for they worshiped worthless idols.

LORD, my strength and my stronghold, my refuge in a time of distress, the nations will come to you from the ends of the earth, and they will say,“ Our ancestors inherited only lies, worthless idols of no benefit at all.”

Lord, my strength and my stronghold, And my refuge in the day of distress, To You the nations will come From the ends of the earth and say,“ Our fathers have inherited nothing but falsehood, Futility, and things of no benefit.”

O Lord, my strength and my fortress, My refuge in the day of affliction, The Gentiles shall come to You From the ends of the earth and say,“ Surely our fathers have inherited lies, Worthlessness and unprofitable things.”

O Jehovah, my strength, and my stronghold, and my refuge in the day of affliction, unto thee shall the nations come from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Our fathers have inherited nought but lies, even vanity and things wherein there is no profit.

Lord, my strength and my stronghold, my refuge in a time of distress, the nations will come to You from the ends of the earth, and they will say,“ Our fathers inherited only lies, worthless idols of no benefit at all.”

O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and[ things] wherein[ there is] no profit.

Then I said,“ LORD, you give me strength and protect me. You are the one I can run to for safety when I am in trouble. Nations from all over the earth will come to you and say,‘ Our ancestors had nothing but false gods– worthless idols that could not help them at all.

I love you, Yahweh, my strength.Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the dreaded ones is like a storm against the wall.

Indeed, he says,“ It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel. I will also give you as a light to the nations, that you may be my salvation to the end of the earth.”

Every man has become brutish and without knowledge. Every goldsmith is disappointed by his engraved image; for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.They are vanity, a work of delusion. In the time of their visitation they will perish.

Who has fashioned a god, or molds an image that is profitable for nothing?

Yahweh of Armies says:“ Many peoples, and the inhabitants of many cities will yet come;and the inhabitants of one shall go to another, saying,‘ Let’s go speedily to entreat the favor of Yahweh, and to seek Yahweh of Armies. I will go also.’Yes, many peoples and strong nations will come to seek Yahweh of Armies in Jerusalem, and to entreat the favor of Yahweh.”Yahweh of Armies says:“ In those days, ten men will take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, they will take hold of the skirt of him who is a Jew, saying,‘ We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.’”

“ Arise, shine; for your light has come, and Yahweh’s glory has risen on you.For, behold, darkness will cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but Yahweh will arise on you, and his glory shall be seen on you.Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

All nations you have made will come and worship before you, Lord. They shall glorify your name.

All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to Yahweh. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you.For the kingdom is Yahweh’s. He is the ruler over the nations.All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive.Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.

Yahweh is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who take refuge in him.

Don’t be a terror to me. You are my refuge in the day of evil.

But in the latter days, it will happen that the mountain of Yahweh’s temple will be established on the top of the mountains, and it will be exalted above the hills; and peoples will stream to it.Many nations will go and say,“ Come! Let’s go up to the mountain of Yahweh, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths.” For the law will go out of Zion, and Yahweh’s word from Jerusalem;

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.I will say of Yahweh,“ He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”

It shall happen in the latter days, that the mountain of Yahweh’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be raised above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it.Many peoples shall go and say,“ Come, let’s go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths.” For the law shall go out of Zion, and Yahweh’s word from Jerusalem.

It will come to pass, when you are multiplied and increased in the land, in those days,” says Yahweh,“ they will no longer say,‘ the ark of Yahweh’s covenant!’ It will not come to mind. They won’t remember it. They won’t miss it, nor will another be made.At that time they will call Jerusalem‘ Yahweh’s Throne;’ and all the nations will be gathered to it, to Yahweh’s name, to Jerusalem. They will no longer walk after the stubbornness of their evil heart.

For from the rising of the sun even to its going down, my name is great among the nations, and in every place incense will be offered to my name, and a pure offering: for my name is great among the nations,” says Yahweh of Armies.

Many nations shall join themselves to Yahweh in that day, and shall be my people; and I will dwell among you, and you shall know that Yahweh of Armies has sent me to you.

Blessed be Yahweh, my rock, who teaches my hands to war, and my fingers to battle:my loving kindness, my fortress, my high tower, my deliverer, my shield, and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues my people under me.

The seventh angel sounded, and great voices in heaven followed, saying,“ The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ. He will reign forever and ever!”

He alone is my rock, my salvation, and my fortress. I will never be greatly shaken.

They will not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth will be full of the knowledge of Yahweh, as the waters cover the sea.It will happen in that day that the nations will seek the root of Jesse, who stands as a banner of the peoples; and his resting place will be glorious.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Truly in vain is help from the hills, the tumult on the mountains. Truly the salvation of Israel is in Yahweh our God.

Yahweh of Armies is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

Yahweh, the Lord, is my strength. He makes my feet like deer’s feet, and enables me to go in high places. For the music director, on my stringed instruments.

After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude, which no man could count, out of every nation and of all tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.They cried with a loud voice, saying,“ Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”All the angels were standing around the throne, the elders, and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before his throne, and worshiped God,

They are like a palm tree, of turned work, and don’t speak. They must be carried, because they can’t move. Don’t be afraid of them; for they can’t do evil, neither is it in them to do good.”

Princes shall come out of Egypt. Ethiopia shall hurry to stretch out her hands to God.

For in the day of trouble, he will keep me secretly in his pavilion. In the secret place of his tabernacle, he will hide me. He will lift me up on a rock.

The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory. You will be called by a new name, which Yahweh’s mouth will name.

Yahweh’s name is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe.

A man shall be as a hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the storm, as streams of water in a dry place, as the shade of a large rock in a weary land.

knowing that you were redeemed, not with corruptible things, with silver or gold, from the useless way of life handed down from your fathers,

He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, from the River to the ends of the earth.Those who dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him. His enemies shall lick the dust.The kings of Tarshish and of the islands will bring tribute. The kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts.Yes, all kings shall fall down before him. All nations shall serve him.For he will deliver the needy when he cries; the poor, who has no helper.

“ What value does the engraved image have, that its maker has engraved it; the molten image, even the teacher of lies, that he who fashions its form trusts in it, to make mute idols?Woe to him who says to the wood,‘ Awake!’ or to the mute stone,‘ Arise!’ Shall this teach? Behold, it is overlaid with gold and silver, and there is no breath at all within it.

Has a nation changed its gods, which really are no gods? But my people have changed their glory for that which doesn’t profit.

Yahweh of Armies is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

“ Therefore say,‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ Whereas I have removed them far off among the nations, and whereas I have scattered them among the countries, yet I will be to them a sanctuary for a little while in the countries where they have come.”’

My salvation and my honor is with God. The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, Yahweh, my rock, and my redeemer.

That your way may be known on earth, and your salvation among all nations,let the peoples praise you, God. Let all the peoples praise you.Oh let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you will judge the peoples with equity, and govern the nations on earth. Selah.Let the peoples praise you, God.
