予創傷未痊、殘缺未醫、曷故。爾之待我、若泉之忽竭、使人絕望、曷故。

我之痛楚、恆久不息、我之創傷甚危、不得醫痊何故、主使我失望、若人望得水、而泉源忽竭、

Why is my pain unending and my wound grievous and incurable? You are to me like a deceptive brook, like a spring that fails.

Why does my pain never end? Why is my wound so deep? Why can’t I ever get well? To me you are like a stream that runs dry. You are like a spring that doesn’t have any water.

Why is my pain unceasing, my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? Will you be to me like a deceitful brook, like waters that fail?

Why then does my suffering continue? Why is my wound so incurable? Your help seems as uncertain as a seasonal brook, like a spring that has gone dry.”

爾曷因創傷而哀號乎、爾之痛苦、不可療也、我之待爾若此、以爾愆尤重大、罪惡增多也、

因其創不能醫、延及猶大、至於耶路撒冷、我民之門、

我雖直、而視我為誑、雖無過、而我創不可療、

耶和華歟、爾誘我、而我從焉、爾強於我而獲勝、我為話柄、竟日為人所侮、

耶和華曰、爾傷不可療、爾創重矣、

貴胄遣役取水、至井見其無水、乃攜空器而返、含羞抱愧、而蒙其首、

我是日使爾對於猶大通國、君王牧伯、祭司庶民、為堅城鐵柱銅垣、彼必攻爾而不勝、蓋我與爾偕、以拯爾也、耶和華言之矣、

爾盡棄猶大乎、爾心厭惡錫安乎、奚為擊我、無術可療、我望平康、未得裨益、我期醫治、而受恐惶、

耶和華歟、我心惶恐、伊於胡底、

我昆弟行詐偽、如溪之竭、如澗之涸、初因凝冰而闇、雪藏其中、至暖則消、既暑則乾、沿溪而行之旅、迂道入野而死、提瑪之行旅望之、示巴之羣侶企之、失所望則抱愧、至其地則蒙羞、

因主忿怒之杖、而遭艱苦、我即其人兮、彼引導予、使行於幽暗、不履於光明兮、竟日反手、攻我已屢兮、銷瘦我肌膚、摧折我骨骸兮、築壘攻我、以苦膽勞瘁圍我兮、俾我處於幽暗、如久死之人兮、彼環我以籓籬、使予不出、繫我以重鏈兮、我呼籲求助時、掩耳不聽我祈兮、以鑿石塞我途、使我蹊徑維曲兮、彼之於我、如熊潛伏、如獅陰伺兮、俾我迷途、攫而裂我、使我驚惶兮、張弓發矢、以我為的兮、使其箙中之矢、入於我腰兮、我為我民之笑柄、終日以我為歌兮、爾饜我以苦荼、飫我以茵蔯兮、以沙石折我齒、以灰塵蒙我身兮、使我靈遠平康、我忘福祉兮、乃曰我力已盡、絕望於耶和華兮、

耶和華歟、爾之忘我、將至何時、豈永久乎、蔽面而不我顧、伊於胡底兮、我心籌畫、日日憂戚、將至何時、吾敵高越乎我、伊於胡底兮、我上帝耶和華歟、尚其思忖之、俞允之、復明我目、免我沈睡至死兮、
