予創傷未痊、殘缺未醫、曷故。爾之待我、若泉之忽竭、使人絕望、曷故。

我之痛楚、恆久不息、我之創傷甚危、不得醫痊何故、主使我失望、若人望得水、而泉源忽竭、

Why is my pain unending and my wound grievous and incurable? You are to me like a deceptive brook, like a spring that fails.

Why does my pain never end? Why is my wound so deep? Why can’t I ever get well? To me you are like a stream that runs dry. You are like a spring that doesn’t have any water.

Why is my pain unceasing, my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? Will you be to me like a deceitful brook, like waters that fail?

Why then does my suffering continue? Why is my wound so incurable? Your help seems as uncertain as a seasonal brook, like a spring that has gone dry.”

Why has my pain become unending, my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? You truly have become like a mirage to me— water that is not reliable.

Why has my pain been endless And my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? Will You indeed be to me like a deceptive stream With water that is unreliable?

Why is my pain perpetual And my wound incurable, Which refuses to be healed? Will You surely be to me like an unreliable stream, As waters that fail?

Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuseth to be healed? wilt thou indeed be unto me as a deceitful brook, as waters that fail?

你們為何因自己無法醫治的創傷而哭泣呢？因為你們罪大惡極，罪過無數，我才這樣懲罰你們。

因為撒瑪利亞的創傷無法救治，已經禍及猶大，直逼我百姓的城門，直逼耶路撒冷。

我雖然有理，卻被認為是撒謊者；我雖然無過，卻受到致命的創傷。』

耶和華啊，你欺騙我，我被你騙了。你制伏我，勝過我。如今，我成了人們終日嘲笑、戲弄的對象。

耶和華說：「你們的創傷無法醫治，你們的傷口無法痊癒。

貴族派僕人去水池打水，僕人去那裡發現沒有水，就帶著空瓶垂頭喪氣、羞愧難當地回去了。

看啊，今天我已使你成為堅城、鐵柱、銅牆，來對抗整個猶大，對抗猶大的君王、首領、祭司和境內的眾民。他們必攻擊你，但絕不能勝過你，因為我與你同在，我必拯救你。這是耶和華說的。」

耶和華啊，你完全丟棄猶大了嗎？你厭惡錫安嗎？你為什麼把我們打得傷痕纍纍，以致無法醫治？我們期待平安，卻沒有平安；渴望得到醫治，卻飽受驚嚇。

我心中憂傷，耶和華啊，你要我憂傷到何時呢？

我的弟兄難以信賴，如同季節河，又像變化無常的河道——結冰後顏色發黑，融雪後水流漲溢；水流在乾季時消失，河床在烈日下乾涸。商隊偏離原路來找水喝，結果在荒漠中死去。提瑪的商隊來找水喝，示巴的旅客指望解渴，結果希望化為泡影，到了那裡大失所望。

我在耶和華烈怒的杖下受盡痛苦。祂把我趕進黑暗，使我不見光明，又屢屢攻擊我，終日不斷。祂使我皮肉枯槁，祂折斷我的骨頭。祂使我四面受困，嚐盡痛苦艱辛。祂使我住在幽暗中，像久已死去的人。祂圍困我，使我無法逃脫，祂給我戴上沉重的銅鏈。即使我哀哭呼求，祂也掩耳不聽。祂用鑿好的石頭阻擋我的去路，使我的道路曲折難行。祂像埋伏的巨熊，又像伺機突襲的猛獅，把我拖離大路，將我撕成碎片，一片淒涼。祂彎弓搭箭，把我當箭靶，用箭袋中的箭射穿我的心臟。我成了萬人的笑柄，他們終日唱歌諷刺我。祂使我飽受苦楚，嚐盡苦澀。祂用石頭打斷我的牙齒，把我踐踏在塵土中。我失去平安，忘記了什麼是快樂。我說：「我精疲力竭，對耶和華失去盼望。」

耶和華啊，你忘記我要到何時呢？要到永遠嗎？你轉臉不顧我要到何時呢？我思緒煩亂，日夜憂傷要到何時呢？我的仇敵佔盡上風要到何時呢？我的上帝耶和華啊，求你垂顧我，回答我，使我眼睛明亮，免得我在沉睡中死去，
