聽其預言之民、必遭鋒刃饑饉之災、屍擲耶路撒冷街衢、無人葬埋、妻室子女皆然、蓋我必循其惡而報之、

聽其預言之民、暨厥妻室子女、必因鋒刃饑饉、擲於耶路撒冷之衢、無瘞之者、我必以其罪惡歸於其身、

凡從其言者、必飲刃受饑、陳尸於耶路撒冷逵衢、以及妻室子女、無人瘞埋、蓋我使之慘罹惡報。

And the people they are prophesying to will be thrown out into the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and sword. There will be no one to bury them, their wives, their sons and their daughters. I will pour out on them the calamity they deserve.

故必依其道而得果報、依其謀而受報應、原文作故必食其道之果由其謀而得飽

將主之僕人之屍、予空中之飛鳥為食、將敬畏主虔誠人之肉軀、飼地上之野獸、在耶路撒冷之四圍、流其血如水、無人葬埋、

如彼問爾曰、我儕可往何處、爾則告之曰、主如是云、當死者就死、當亡於刃者就刃、當饑者就饑、當擄者就擄、主又曰、我為之命定四災、刃以殺之、犬以囓之、飛鳥以噬之、野獸以滅之、

空中飛鳥、地上走獸、必食斯民之屍、無人驅逐、

願主使其子亡於饑、其眾死於刃、其妻為嫠而無子、壯男死於疫癘、少者於戰為鋒刃所殺、

如爾中心曰、此諸事臨我何故、則爾當知爾罪甚多、故爾裸體跣足、古實人豈能變其膚乎、豹豈能變其斑乎、若能、則爾習於惡者亦能改而行善、我必將斯民散之、如草芥飄於曠野之風、主曰、此爾所當得之報應、我為爾所定之罪分、因爾忘我、惟虛妄是恃、

皆必遭疫癘而死、無人哀哭、無人葬埋、必若糞土在地、亦有亡於鋒刃、死於饑饉、空中飛鳥、地上走獸、食其屍骸、

緣此主云、時日將至、斯處不復稱為陀斐特便欣嫩谷、必稱為殺戮谷、我在斯地、必使猶大人及耶路撒冷人之謀、皆虛而無成、使彼之敵與索其命者、以刃殺戮、使其屍骸、為空中鳥、地上獸所食、

爾之舉動、爾之作為、使爾遭此諸難、爾受困苦災害及於爾心、乃因爾之邪惡、○

爾自取斯害、因主爾之天主、導爾於途時、爾乃棄之、爾今何為往伊及之路、欲飲西曷之水乎、爾何為往亞述之路、欲飲伯拉大河之水乎、爾之惡行、使爾受刑、爾之違逆、使爾受譴、爾可知可見爾棄主爾之天主、不敬畏我、必至遭難受苦、此乃主萬有之天主所言、

爾耶利米當告之曰、主如是云、人之屍骸、遍偃各處、猶如糞壤於田、亦若被遺之禾束、在刈者之身後、無人拾之、○

先知傳虛言、祭司賴之掌權、我民以此為悅、及至其終、主降罰之時、爾將何為、

姑聽之、彼乃瞽導瞽者也、若瞽導瞽、二者必並陷於坑、

導斯民者誘之、凡被其所導者俱滅亡、

我聞大聲自殿出、語七天使曰、盛天主忿怒之七盂、爾往傾之於地、
