耶和華曰、有一族自北方而來、有大國自地極而興、

我將興起迦勒底人是乃殘酷暴躁之邦、徧行大地、據非己之居所、

故以色列之上帝耶和華、斥責養其民之牧者曰、爾既散我羣羊、而驅逐之、不加眷顧、我必依爾所為之惡報爾、耶和華言之矣、

耶和華曰、禍必自北而發、臨於斯土眾民矣、

故我今日為證於爾、眾人之血、我無與焉、蓋上帝之旨、我無隱諱、悉宣於爾、爾當自慎、亦慎全羣、乃聖神立爾監督於其中、以牧上帝之會、即以己血所購者也、我知我去後、將有兇狼入爾中、不惜其羣、

風聲傳至、大亂來自北方、將使猶大諸邑荒蕪、為野犬之居所、

如爾不聽、我將為爾狂傲、背人而泣、我目流涕痛哭、以耶和華之羣羊被虜也、

我將興一牧於斯土、彼不顧喪亡者、不尋離散者、不醫被傷者、不飼茁壯者、惟食肥者之肉、而斷其蹄、禍哉、棄其羣羊之庸牧乎、刃必擊其臂、傷其右目、其臂枯槁、其右目昏瞶矣、

田野叢林之獸、其來吞噬、彼之守望、瞽目無知、啞犬不吠、喜夢幻、好偃臥、貪寢睡、斯犬饕餮、不知饜足、斯牧不明、各趨其途、悉求利己、彼曰、其來、我將取酒、痛飲醇醪、明日同於今日、樂莫大焉、

故爾牧者、其聽耶和華言、主耶和華曰、我指己生而誓、因無牧者、我羊被掠、為野獸所吞噬、我之牧者、不尋我羊、自牧其身、不牧我羊、故爾牧者、其聽耶和華言、主耶和華曰、我為牧者之敵、必索我羊於其手、使之不得復牧我羊、不得自牧其身、必救我羊脫於其口、不復為其所食、

傭者、非牧也、羊非己羊、見狼至、則棄而逃、狼攫而散之、以其為傭、不顧羊耳、
