Then tell them,‘ The LORD says,“ I will soon fill all the people who live in this land with stupor. I will also fill the kings from David’s dynasty, the priests, the prophets, and the citizens of Jerusalem with stupor.

你就告诉他们，‘耶和华说，我要使坐在大卫宝座上的君王以及祭司、先知、耶路撒冷人和这片土地上所有的居民都酩酊大醉；

你就要对他们说：‘耶和华这样说：看哪！我要使这地所有的居民，就是那些坐大卫王位的君王，以及祭司、先知和耶路撒冷所有的居民，都完全醉倒。

你就要對他們說：『耶和華如此說：我必使這地的一切居民，就是坐大衛寶座的君王和祭司，與先知，並耶路撒冷的一切居民，都酩酊大醉。』」

你就要對他們說：‘耶和華這樣說：看哪！我要使這地所有的居民，就是那些坐大衛王位的君王，以及祭司、先知和耶路撒冷所有的居民，都完全醉倒。

那你就要對他們說：「永恆主這麼說：看吧！我必使這地所有的居民，使那坐大衛寶座的列王、祭司和神言人、以及耶路撒冷所有的居民、都充滿了沉醉。

爾則曰、耶和華云、我必使居斯土之眾、即坐大衛位之列王、與祭司先知、暨耶路撒冷居民、盡皆沈醉、

爾可復傳我命曰、我必使繼大闢為王者、祭司先知、及耶路撒冷居人、遍地之民、俱醉於酒、沉酣不起、

則爾告之曰、主如是云、我必使斯地之眾民、與繼大衛而坐大衛位者、眾祭司、眾先知、及耶路撒冷一切居民、俱如飲滿而醉、

then tell them,‘ This is what the Lord says: I am going to fill with drunkenness all who live in this land, including the kings who sit on David’s throne, the priests, the prophets and all those living in Jerusalem.

If they do, here is what you must tell them.‘ The Lord says,“ I am going to fill with wine everyone who lives in this land. I will make the kings who sit on David’s throne drunk. And I will fill with wine the priests, the prophets and everyone who lives in Jerusalem.

Then you shall say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord: Behold, I will fill with drunkenness all the inhabitants of this land: the kings who sit on David’s throne, the priests, the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

“ Then tell them,‘ No, this is what the Lord means: I will fill everyone in this land with drunkenness— from the king sitting on David’s throne to the priests and the prophets, right down to the common people of Jerusalem.

And you will say to them,‘ This is what the LORD says: I am about to fill all who live in this land— the kings who reign for David on his throne, the priests, the prophets, and all the residents of Jerusalem— with drunkenness.

then say to them,‘ This is what the Lord says:“ Behold, I am going to fill all the inhabitants of this land— the kings who sit for David on his throne, the priests, the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem— with drunkenness!

“ Then you shall say to them,‘ Thus says the Lord:“ Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land— even the kings who sit on David’s throne, the priests, the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem— with drunkenness!

Then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith Jehovah, Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land, even the kings that sit upon David’s throne, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, with drunkenness.

And you will say to them: This is what the Lord says: I am about to fill all who live in this land— the kings who reign for David on his throne, the priests, the prophets and all the residents of Jerusalem— with drunkenness.

Then shalt thou say unto them, Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land, even the kings that sit upon David’s throne, and the priests, and the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, with drunkenness.

Then tell them,‘ Yahweh says,“ Behold, I will fill all the inhabitants of this land, even the kings who sit on David’s throne, the priests, the prophets, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, with drunkenness.

For the LORD holds in his hand a cup full of foaming wine mixed with spices, and pours it out. Surely all the wicked of the earth will slurp it up and drink it to its very last drop.”

You have made your people experience hard times; you have made us drink intoxicating wine.

I trampled nations in my anger, I made them drunk in my rage, I splashed their blood on the ground.”

Wake up! Wake up! Get up, O Jerusalem! You drank from the cup the LORD passed to you, which was full of his anger! You drained dry the goblet full of intoxicating wine.

Babylonia had been a gold cup in the LORD’s hand. She had made the whole world drunk. The nations had drunk from the wine of her wrath. So they have all gone mad.

Then the LORD said to me,“ Tell them that the LORD God of Israel who rules over all says,‘ Drink this cup until you get drunk and vomit. Drink until you fall down and can’t get up. For I will send wars sweeping through you.’

I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh; they will get drunk on their own blood, as if it were wine. Then all humankind will recognize that I am the LORD, your deliverer, your protector, the powerful ruler of Jacob.”

So the LORD, the God of Israel, spoke to me in a vision.“ Take this cup from my hand. It is filled with the wine of my wrath. Take it and make the nations to whom I send you drink it.When they have drunk it, they will stagger to and fro and act insane. For I will send wars sweeping through them.”So I took the cup from the LORD’s hand. I made all the nations to whom he sent me drink the wine of his wrath.I made Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, its kings and its officials drink it. I did it so Judah would become a ruin. I did it so Judah, its kings, and its officials would become an object of horror and of hissing scorn, an example used in curses. Such is already becoming the case!

“ I will make her officials and wise men drunk, along with her governors, leaders, and warriors. They will fall asleep forever and never wake up,” says the King whose name is the LORD who rules over all.

So listen to this, oppressed one, who is drunk, but not from wine!

You will be shocked and amazed! You are totally blind! They are drunk, but not because of wine; they stagger, but not because of beer.

But you will become drunk with shame, not majesty. Now it is your turn to drink and expose your uncircumcised foreskin! The cup of wine in the LORD’s right hand is coming to you, and disgrace will replace your majestic glory!
