七十年後，耶和華必巡視推羅，使它再度獲利，與地面上的世界各國貿易。它的收益和獲利都要歸耶和華為聖，不再私自屯積存留；因為它的收益必歸給住在耶和華面前的人，使他們吃飽，穿華麗的衣服。
