Therefore this is what the Lord says:“ Behold, I am bringing disaster on them which they will not be able to escape; though they will cry out to Me, I will not listen to them.

Therefore this is what the Lord says:‘ I will bring on them a disaster they cannot escape. Although they cry out to me, I will not listen to them.

So I say,‘ I will bring trouble on them. They will not be able to escape it. They will cry out to me. But I will not listen to them.

Therefore, thus says the Lord, Behold, I am bringing disaster upon them that they cannot escape. Though they cry to me, I will not listen to them.

Therefore, this is what the Lord says: I am going to bring calamity upon them, and they will not escape. Though they beg for mercy, I will not listen to their cries.

“ Therefore, this is what the LORD says: I am about to bring on them disaster that they cannot escape. They will cry out to me, but I will not hear them.

Therefore thus says the Lord:“ Behold, I will surely bring calamity on them which they will not be able to escape; and though they cry out to Me, I will not listen to them.

Therefore thus saith Jehovah, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and they shall cry unto me, but I will not hearken unto them.

“ Therefore, this is what the Lord says: I am about to bring on them disaster that they cannot escape. They will cry out to Me, but I will not hear them.

Therefore thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them.

So I, the LORD, say this:‘ I will soon bring disaster on them which they will not be able to escape! When they cry out to me for help, I will not listen to them.

Therefore Yahweh says,‘ Behold, I will bring evil on them, which they will not be able to escape; and they will cry to me, but I will not listen to them.

Therefore, I indeed will deal in wrath. My eye will have no pity nor will I spare; and though they cry out in My ears with a loud voice, yet I will not listen to them.”

So when you spread out your hands in prayer, I will hide My eyes from you; Yes, even though you offer many prayers, I will not be listening. Your hands are covered with blood.

Then they will call on me, but I will not answer; They will seek me diligently but will not find me,

Then they will cry out to the Lord, But He will not answer them. Instead, He will hide His face from them at that time Because they have practiced evil deeds.

And just as He called and they would not listen, so they called and I would not listen,” says the Lord of armies;

“ This is what the Lord says:‘ Behold, I am going to bring disaster on this place and on its inhabitants, all the words of the book which the king of Judah has read.

When they fast, I am not going to listen to their cry; and when they offer burnt offering and grain offering, I am not going to accept them. Rather, I am going to put an end to them by the sword, famine, and plague.”

Terror and pit and snare Confront you, you inhabitant of the earth.

Hear, earth: behold, I am bringing disaster on this people, The fruit of their plans, Because they have not listened to My words, And as for My Law, they have rejected it also.

They cried for help, but there was no one to save, They cried to the Lord, but He did not answer them.

The Lord of armies, who planted you, has pronounced evil against you because of the evil of the house of Israel and the house of Judah, which they have done to provoke Me by offering sacrifices to Baal.

this is what the Lord says:“ Behold, I am bringing evil on this place and on its inhabitants, all the curses written in the book which they have read in the presence of the king of Judah.

Refuge will be lost from the swift, And the strong will not strengthen his power, Nor the warrior save his life.The one who grasps the bow will not stand his ground, The swift of foot will not escape, Nor will the one who rides the horse save his life.

While they are saying,“ Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction will come upon them like labor pains upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

and say,‘ Hear the word of the Lord, you kings of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem. This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says:“ Behold I am going to bring a disaster upon this place, at which the ears of everyone that hears of it will tingle.

“ Therefore their way will be like slippery paths to them, They will be driven away into the gloom and fall down in it; For I will bring disaster upon them, The year of their punishment,” declares the Lord.

And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

Therefore this is what the Lord says, the God of armies, the God of Israel:‘ Behold, I am bringing on Judah and on all the inhabitants of Jerusalem all the disaster that I have pronounced against them; because I spoke to them but they did not listen, and I have called them but they did not answer.’ ”

A person often rebuked who becomes obstinate Will suddenly be broken beyond remedy.

If I regard wickedness in my heart, The Lord will not hear;

and they* said to the mountains and the rocks,“ Fall on us and hide us from the sight of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;for the great day of Their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

“ This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says:‘ Behold, I am going to bring on this city and all its towns the entire disaster that I have declared against it, because they have stiffened their necks so as not to listen to My words.’ ”

As when a man flees from a lion And a bear confronts him, Or he goes home, leans with his hand against the wall, And a snake bites him.

And it shall be that when they say to you,‘ Where should we go?’ then you are to tell them,‘ This is what the Lord says:“ Those destined for death, to death; And those destined for the sword, to the sword; And those destined for famine, to famine; And those destined for captivity, to captivity.” ’

“ Strive to enter through the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able.Once the head of the house gets up and shuts the door, and you begin standing outside and knocking on the door, saying,‘ Lord, open up to us!’ and He then will answer and say to you,‘ I do not know where you are from.’Then you will begin saying,‘ We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets!’And yet He will say,‘ I do not know where you are from; leave Me, all you evildoers.’In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but yourselves being thrown out.

I will also punish him, his descendants, and his servants for their wrongdoing, and I will bring on them and the inhabitants of Jerusalem and the people of Judah all the disaster that I have declared to them— but they did not listen.” ’ ”

“ This is what the Lord God says:‘ A disaster, a unique disaster, behold, it is coming!

I saw the Lord standing beside the altar, and He said,“ Strike the pillar capitals so that the thresholds will shake, And break them on the heads of them all! Then I will put to death the rest of them with the sword; They will not have a fugitive who will flee, Nor a survivor who will escape.Though they dig into Sheol, From there My hand will take them; And though they ascend to heaven, From there I will bring them down.And though they hide on the summit of Carmel, I will track them down and take them from there; And though they hide themselves from My sight on the bottom of the sea, I will command the serpent from there, and it will bite them.And though they go into captivity before their enemies, From there I will command the sword and it will kill them, And I will set My eyes against them for harm and not for good.”

“ So as for you, do not pray for this people, nor lift up a cry or prayer for them; for I will not listen when they call to Me because of their disaster.
