你能号令云彩，使倾盆大雨覆盖你吗？你能命闪电发出，让它听候调遣吗？

“你曾到过雪库，或见过雹仓吗？

谁为豪雨开水道，为雷电辟路径，使雨水降在杳无人烟之地，降在无人居住的旷野，以滋润荒凉不毛之地，使土地长出青草？

祂吸取水滴，使之在云雾中化为雨，从云端沛然降下，滋润人间。谁能明白云层的铺展，及祂幔幕发出的雷声？祂在四围铺展闪电，照亮大海的深处。祂借此治理万民，赐下丰富的食物。祂手握闪电，令它射向目标。雷声显明祂的作为，就连牲畜也能察觉。

请仔细听祂发出的雷声，听祂口中发出的轰鸣。祂使闪电划过整个天空，亮光直照到地极。随后雷声隆隆，祂发出威严之声。祂一发声，雷电交加。上帝发出奇妙的雷声，我们无法测度祂伟大的作为。

耶和华的声音回荡在海上，荣耀的上帝打雷，在洪涛之上打雷。耶和华的声音充满能力；耶和华的声音充满威严。耶和华的声音震断香柏树，耶和华劈碎黎巴嫩的香柏树，使黎巴嫩山跳跃如小牛，西连山跳跃如野牛。耶和华的声音携闪电而来，震动旷野，震动加低斯的旷野。耶和华的声音击倒橡树，使树木凋零。众人在祂殿中高呼：“荣耀归于耶和华！”耶和华坐在洪涛之上，耶和华永远坐着为王。

祂以云霞遮蔽天空，降雨水滋润大地，使山上长出绿草。

以利亚对亚哈说：“你去吃喝吧，因为我已听见大雨将临的声音。”

霎时间，天上乌云密布，狂风大作，下起大雨。亚哈坐着马车回耶斯列。耶和华的灵降在以利亚身上，他就束上腰带，飞奔回城，在亚哈之前到达耶斯列的城门。

摩西向天伸出手杖，耶和华就发出雷电和冰雹，火光飞向大地。耶和华在埃及降下冰雹。

要在春季向耶和华求雨。祂创造雷雨，为世人降下甘霖，使田间长出青翠之物。

歌颂凌驾在万古穹苍之上的主。听啊，祂声如雷鸣。

耶和华在天上打雷，至高者发出的声音响彻在冰雹和火炭中。

你们都知道收割麦子的时候不会下雨。现在，我要向耶和华祷告，求祂打雷降雨，好让你们知道，你们要求立王在耶和华眼中是多么大的罪。”于是，撒母耳向耶和华呼求，耶和华便在当天打雷降雨，民众非常害怕耶和华和撒母耳。

有耳不能听，口中毫无气息。
