惟獨你是可畏的！你怒氣一發，誰能在你面前站得住呢？

因為那至高至上、永遠長存名為聖者的如此說：我住在至高至聖的所在，也與心靈痛悔謙卑的人同居；要使謙卑人的靈甦醒，也使痛悔人的心甦醒。

耶和華永永遠遠為王；外邦人從他的地已經滅絕了。

我又看見一個白色的大寶座與坐在上面的；從他面前天地都逃避，再無可見之處了。

落在永生神的手裏，真是可怕的！

但願尊貴、榮耀歸與那不能朽壞、不能看見、永世的君王、獨一的神，直到永永遠遠。阿們！

他來的日子，誰能當得起呢？他顯現的時候，誰能立得住呢？因為他如煉金之人的火，如漂布之人的鹼。

因為他們自己已經報明我們是怎樣進到你們那裏，你們是怎樣離棄偶像，歸向神，要服事那又真又活的神，

那時，因他發怒，地就搖撼戰抖；山的根基也震動搖撼。

你要囑咐那些今世富足的人，不要自高，也不要倚靠無定的錢財；只要倚靠那厚賜百物給我們享受的神。

眾山在他以下必消化，諸谷必崩裂，如蠟化在火中，如水沖下山坡。

他使地震動，離其本位，地的柱子就搖撼。

「諸君，為甚麼做這事呢？我們也是人，性情和你們一樣。我們傳福音給你們，是叫你們離棄這些虛妄，歸向那創造天、地、海，和其中萬物的永生神。

凡屬血氣的，曾有何人聽見永生神的聲音從火中出來，像我們聽見還能存活呢？

西門‧彼得回答說：「你是基督，是永生神的兒子。」

你的寶座從太初立定；你從亙古就有。

耶和華啊，你從西珥出來，由以東地行走。那時地震天漏，雲也落雨。

他站立，量了大地，觀看，趕散萬民。永久的山崩裂；長存的嶺塌陷；他的作為與古時一樣。

你的國是永遠的國！你執掌的權柄存到萬代！

你的雷聲在旋風中；電光照亮世界；大地戰抖震動。

山嶺見你，無不戰懼；大水氾濫過去，深淵發聲，洶湧翻騰。

主發命令，傳好信息的婦女成了大羣。

我羨慕渴想耶和華的院宇；我的心腸，我的肉體向永生神呼籲。

耶穌卻不言語。大祭司對他說：「我指着永生神叫你起誓告訴我們，你是神的兒子基督不是？」

他的閃電光照世界，大地看見便震動。

耶和華啊，求你側耳而聽；耶和華啊，求你睜眼而看，要聽西拿基立的一切話，他是打發使者來辱罵永生神的。

『耶和華的默示』你們不可再提，各人所說的話必作自己的重擔，因為你們謬用永生神、萬軍之耶和華－我們神的言語。

眾民看見了，就俯伏在地，說：「耶和華是神！耶和華是神！」

你僕人曾打死獅子和熊，這未受割禮的非利士人向永生神的軍隊罵陣，也必像獅子和熊一般。」

日子滿足，我－尼布甲尼撒舉目望天，我的聰明復歸於我，我便稱頌至高者，讚美尊敬活到永遠的神。他的權柄是永有的；他的國存到萬代。

他的神蹟何其大！他的奇事何其盛！他的國是永遠的；他的權柄存到萬代！

現在我降旨曉諭我所統轄的全國人民，要在但以理的神面前，戰兢恐懼。因為他是永遠長存的活神，他的國永不敗壞；他的權柄永存無極！

大衛問站在旁邊的人說：「有人殺這非利士人，除掉以色列人的恥辱，怎樣待他呢？這未受割禮的非利士人是誰呢？竟敢向永生神的軍隊罵陣嗎？」

得了權柄、榮耀、國度，使各方、各國、各族的人都事奉他。他的權柄是永遠的，不能廢去；他的國必不敗壞。

耶和華在他軍旅前發聲，他的隊伍甚大；成就他命的是強盛者。因為耶和華的日子大而可畏，誰能當得起呢？

誰曉得你怒氣的權勢？誰按着你該受的敬畏曉得你的忿怒呢？

或者耶和華－你的神聽見拉伯沙基的話，就是他主人亞述王打發他來辱罵永生神的話；耶和華－你的神聽見這話就發斥責。故此，求你為餘剩的民揚聲禱告。』」
