我必召北方列國之諸族咸至、各立其座於耶路撒冷邑門、環攻耶路撒冷之城垣、及猶大諸邑、此乃主所言、

I am about to summon all the peoples of the northern kingdoms,” declares the Lord.“ Their kings will come and set up their thrones in the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem; they will come against all her surrounding walls and against all the towns of Judah.

我必使我僕巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、奉我遣率北方各族、來攻斯地與其居民、及四周之鄰國、必滅之殆盡、使其地永為荒涼、令人驚駭恥笑、此乃主所言、

巴比倫王之侯伯、尼甲沙利薛、三甲尼波、宦官長撒西金、博士長尼甲沙利薛、及巴比倫王其餘一切侯伯咸至、坐於中門、

當傳示列邦、宣告耶路撒冷曰、圍困城者、來自遠方、大聲諠譁、以攻猶大城邑、

告之曰、萬有之主以色列之天主如是云、我必遣我僕巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒至此、置其寶座在藏石之所、張其寶幄在其上、

爾嘉美之谷谷或作平原遍滿戰車、馬卒向邑門而列陣、

風聲至矣、有大震動、自北方而來、使猶大諸邑荒蕪、為豺狼之洞穴、

故我之盛忿烈怒、震發如焚、傾洩於猶大諸邑、及耶路撒冷街衢、使之傾圮荒蕪、有如今日之景象、

號呼之聲、聞至地極、蓋主譴責列邦、審鞫凡有血氣者、以作惡者付諸鋒刃、此乃主所言、萬有之主如是云、災害出自此國、延及彼國、自地至遠之處、大狂風驟起、

如彼不願接爵於爾手以飲、則爾告之曰、萬有之主如是云、爾必飲之、

主如是云、有一族自北方而來、大邦之民、勃然而興、自地極而至、

主如是云、爾曹曾言斯地荒蕪、無人無畜、厥後在此荒蕪、無人無居民無牲畜之猶大諸邑、及耶路撒冷之街衢、將復聞欣喜之聲、新娶者之聲、新婦之聲、必仍有人以酬恩祭、酬恩祭或作感謝祭奉入主殿、大聲呼曰、當頌美萬有之主、因主至善、主之恩惠永遠恆存、蓋我必使斯地之被擄者旋歸、我必使斯地之被擄者旋歸或作我必使斯地復興使綏安如初、此乃主所言、

求主傾洩盛怒於不知主之列邦、與不禱主名之諸族、緣彼吞噬雅各、毀其居處、

敵在郇邑辱婦、在猶大各城辱處女、

主必使遠民、如鷹之飛、來自地極攻擊爾、斯民之言、爾所不識、其容兇暴、不顧惜老人、不矜恤嬰孩、爾畜之所生、爾土之所產、俱必吞食、使爾殲絕、爾穀酒與油、爾牛群羊群盡取不留、使爾滅亡、圍困爾於爾諸城中、在爾四境、使爾所恃高聳鞏固之城垣俱陷、敵必困爾於爾諸城中、在主所賜爾之全地、敵窘迫爾、爾被困受窘迫、甚至爾食子女之肉、己之所生、主爾之天主所賜爾者、

主曰、以色列族歟、我使一族、來自遠方攻爾、為強族、乃古族、爾不識其言、不明其所語、
