主耶和華云、有一巨鷹、翼大、翎長、毛豐、文彩斑斕、至利巴嫩、取香柏之高枝、折其杪之柔條、移於貿易之地、置於商賈之邑、亦取斯土之種、植於沃壤、在多水之濱、栽之若楊柳、日漸長而成樹、低榦蔓延、枝向乎鷹、根盤於下、發枝出條、又有巨鷹、翼大毛豐、厥樹由所種之畦、發根長枝、向乎此鷹、望其灌溉、樹本植於沃壤、在多水之濱、冀能生枝結實、成為佳樹、爾當曰、主耶和華云、厥樹豈得繁盛乎、彼鷹豈不拔其根、摘其果、俾其憔悴、嫩葉枯槁乎、毋庸強臂眾民、拔其根株、雖種植之、詎得繁盛、豈不於所植之畦、為東風所搖撼、而盡枯槁乎、○
