今日你们若是按着诚实和正直待耶路．巴力和他的家，你们就可以因亚比米勒得喜乐，亚比米勒也可以因你们得喜乐。

如爾今日待耶路巴力及其家、果誠且義、則可因亞比米勒而樂、彼亦可因爾而樂、

如爾今日所為、待耶路巴力、與其家眾、真實無妄、則願爾以亞庇米力為悅、亦願亞庇米力以爾為悅。

如爾今日以誠以義待耶路巴力與其家、則爾可因亞比米勒而樂、亞比米勒亦可因爾而樂、

So have you acted honorably and in good faith toward Jerub- Baal and his family today? If you have, may Abimelek be your joy, and may you be his, too!

if ye then have dealt truly and uprightly with Jerubbaal and with his house this day, then rejoice ye in Abimelech, and let him also rejoice in you:

So if you have shown loyalty and integrity to Jerub-Baal and his family today, then may Abimelech bring you happiness and may you bring him happiness!

Because these people rejected the slowly flowing waters of Shiloah and rejoiced with Rezin and the son of Remaliah,

But as it is, you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil.
